Pairing
Power on
The earphones will automatically power on after opening the charging case lid.
Wireless connection
Turn on wireless mode on your phone to search and pair the earphones.
- Select device model: Baseus AeOur G10
- Note: this device has a memory function, memorizing the mode it was in during the previous connection.
Download the app and link the earphones to the app.
Power off
Put the earbuds into the charging case and close the lid to power off the
earphones.
Instructions
Music mode:

Play/ Pause: Double-tap left or right earphone (L or R)

Light effects: Tirple tap the R earphone
Cycle: Breathing blue – lights off – constant blue – breathing orange – constant orange -
Previous song; Gesture settings in the APP

Next song: Gesture settings in the APP

BISA mode: Tap and hold left or right earphone (L or R); The default setting is gaming audio effect mode off.
Note: Cycle: Music mode->Gaming audio effect mode->Normal mode -
Turbo Mode: Triple tap the L earphone Insert the adapter, and triple-tap the Lear to enter Turbo Mode.
Note: Manually select the connection mode when connecting for the first time; then, this device will memorize its set mode.
Call mode:
- Answer/ hang up: Double-tap left or right earphone (L or R)
- Reject a call: Long-tap left or right earphone (L or R) 1.5s
Power indicator
Charge earphones in the charging case.
The indicator on the charging case will light up for 10s; The indicators on
the earphones will breath for 10s. Charge the charging case through a power
supply.
During charging:
The indicator blinks blue.
Fully charged:
The indicator is steady on blue.
Non-charging state:
Press the button to show the current battery level of the charging case.
- Battery level is lower than 20%: The blue indicator will flash for 10s.
- Battery level is between 21% and 100%: The blue indicator will light up constantly for 10s.
Restore to default setting
Open the id and press and hold the button in the charging case for 5s. All
indicators flash blue three times simultaneously.
Tips for using the app
- You can select different connection modes in the app.
- You can customize the gestures in the app.
- You can select EQ mode and make custom adjustments in the app.
- The effective duration of searching function is about 35 hours. Please use the function for searching missing earphones during this period.
- When the searching function is turned on in the app, the earphones will sound an alarm. Please ensure to use this function when not wearing your earbuds to avoid hearing damage.
Note: Go to Settings>App>App launch> Open manually “Bascus” app: Allow Auto-launch, Allow secondary launch and running in background.
Warnings
Improper use of the product can easily cause damage to the product or may
endanger personal and property safety.
- The battery is included in the product. Please avoid exposing your product to the sunlight, electric heater or similar overheating enviroments. Do not store the product in high temperature, strong light and strong magnetic places.
- Do not keep it in other harsh environments such as fire source. Intense physical actions such as knocking, throwing, trampling on and squeezing etc. shall be avoided. Do not use it in case of expansion.
- The ambient temperature of product is 0~45°C .
- Inappropriate use of the product against this user manual or ignoring warnings can casily cause damage the product or may endanger personal and property safety. Consumer shall bear for all the consequences, to which our company will not assume any legal liability.
- Decomposition of this product by non-professionals is strictly prohibited.
- Do not use a load (electrical appliances) that exceeds the output current of this product. A circuit protection mechanism is built-in to automatically stop working if loads exceed.
- Please use a clean cotton cloth to clean the charging contacts of earphones regularly to prevent it from failing to charge or turn on due to missing cleaning for a long time.
- Do not put this product in water (or washing machine). Any damage resulted from water into the earphones caused by the comsumers themselves, the responsibility falls to the consumers, where our company won’t be able to provode any after-sales or return services.
