MULTIFUNCTIONAL STAND MIXER
This heavy-duty Stand Mixer has the power, capacity, precision, and planetary
mixing action to ensure efficient mixing and beating, not only can knead even
the toughest whole grain bread, also has a sufficiently wide range of usage.
Different speed is engineered for whipping custards, cream, meringues, and so
on. What is more, this mixer with a complete functions, which will enlarge
your food preparation range and make all convenient and ready in a short time.
In words, with this heavy-duty stand mixer you could incorporate maximum air
and prepare meals, snacks, and desserts wonderful and enjoyable.
GENERAL SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
Read the operating instructions carefully before putting the appliance into operation and keep the instructions for future reference.
- This appliance is for household use only.
- Never dip the machine into any liquid and sharp edges. Do not use the appliance with wet hands. If the appliance is humid or wet, unplug it immediately.
- Always disconnect the product from the supply if it is left unattended and before assembling, disassembling or cleaning.
- Avoid children or other people who do not know the operation of this machine to use it, unless they are under proper instruction. This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning the use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety.
- If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer of its service agent or a similarly qualified person in order to avoid a hazard.
- Keep your finger away from moving parts and fitting tools. Never put your fingers in the hinge mechanism.
- Use only original spare parts.
- In order to ensure your children’s safety, please keep all packaging (plastic bags, boxes, polystyrene, etc.) out of their reach.
- Do not interfere with any safety switches.
- Do not insert anything into the rotating hooks while the machine is working.
- Place the machine on a smooth, flat, and stable working surface.
- Take care when rising up the arm of this appliance in case any strikes.
- Be careful if hot liquid is poured into the machine as it can be ejected out of the appliance due to a sudden steaming
- This appliance is intended to be used in households only.
BEFORE CONNECTING TO POWER
- Before connecting to the power, please check whether the type of supply and the main voltage match the details given on the rating label on the appliance.
- Using for the first time, rip off all wrapping paper and plastic bags. Clean the fittings.
STEPLESS SPEED & PULSE SPEED
After settling down the parts you need, plug in the power source, then turn
the knob to start the operation.
If you need slow speed, turn clockwise the adjustment for a little.
If you need fast speed, turn clockwise the adjustment for more.
For hook, whisk and beater, cannot exceed its max speed marked in the product.
If not, the product is possibly damaged.
There is another adjustment: pulse switch.
Turn the knob anticlockwise to “P”, the machine will move on.
Stop turning, the machine will back “0” and stop moving.
CHOOSING THE RIGHT ACCESSORY
Important:
Before turning on the knob for operations, must be sure of the below issue:
- Cannot work more capacity and time than manual requested
- When the top part of the machine is locked into the base, the arm-up knob is back its original position as pic. A
- Except for the blender / Grinder function, the blender layout lid must be locked well into the blender layout as pic. B
If not, the product is possibly damaged or does not function.

For whisk, cannot process more than 5 egg white or 1/4 bowl capacity per time.

For beater, cannot process more than 1/4 bowl capacity per time.
Before assembling the accessories, -
Make sure the power cord is not a plugin.

Press down the arm up knob (Step 1).
-
Rise up the top part of the machine. (Step 2).
-
Assembly the bowl lid into the top part.
then, Choose and insert the accessory into the pin of the top part. (Step 3), Turn accessory to lock into the pin. (step 4).
After ingredients are added to the bowl,
Use right hand to press down the arm up knob again and then the left-hand
press down the top part of the machine to lock into the base.
Leave right-hand and recheck the arm up knob whether is back in its original
position as pic A. If not, the machine will not work.
BLENDER

Make sure the power cord is not a plugin.

Step 1: Take off the machine Outlet cover.

Step 2: Add ingredients into a jar then fix the back jar lid into the jar, then insert the whole jar into the machine Outlet.

Step 3: Lock the blender jar into an outlet.
-
Then plug in and turn on the knob for processing.
Use max. speed; Cannot work more than 3 min. per time. Rest at least 20 min. before the next operation.
Remark :
Ensure the jar is well locked into the blender outlet. Otherwise, the machine will not work.
FOOD PROCESSOR

Bowl Assembly
The bowl needs to be with a gearbox base before usage.
Insert the bowl into the gearbox base (Step 1) and then turn the gearbox base to lock each other (Step 2)

Use the bowl
After the bowl is assembled with the gearbox base, the bowl could be used in the machine body.
Step 1: Take off the Outlet cover.
Step 2: Set the assembled bowl into the Outlet.
Step 3: Lock the assembled bowl into the Outlet
Remark:
Make sure the bowl is well locked into an outlet. Otherwise, the machine will not work. -
Bowl Disassembly for easy clean
After usage, disassemble the bowl from the gearbox base for easy cleaning.
step 1: Left-hand holds on the bowl handle
step 2: Right-hand press down the switch in gearbox base
step 3: Turn out the gearbox base after step 2
step 4: Take off the gearbox base from the bowl
FOOD PROCESSOR FUNCTION – USING THE KNIFE BLADE
Chopping
different favorite ingredients for the cake.
Such as fine chopping carrots for carrot cake
- Before processing, cut the food into pusher size pieces.
- For coarser foods use pulse control.
Remark:
Make sure the lid (in step3) locks well into the bowl, if not, the machine
will not work.
Use Pulse or Max speed; Cannot work more 1 min per time.
Rest at least 20 min. before the next operation.

USING SLICER / JULIENNE / FRENCH FRIED POTATO / SHRED BLADE
▲ Please pay attention to the capacity line of the container. Once the food
approaches the max line on the container, please stop operation and pour out
the food.
▲ Switch on and push down evenly with the Pushers – never put your fingers in
the feed tube.
▲ Do not work more than 3 min., Allow the motor to cool before the next
operation at least 30 min.
▲ To get the best performance, suggest a 1/2 max speed.

- Follow the flow pictured step by step to assemble the machine.
- Ensure the bowl in step 2 and the lid in step 6 are locked well, or the machine will not work.
- In step 4, 4 types of blades could be settled
- After the operation, you can disassemble the machine by opposite flow and direction.
- Always be careful when handling the blade as they are very sharp.
- Only open the lid when the blades are completely stopped

BASE RECIPES TIPS
Whipped Cream
- 220ml cold heavy whipping cream
- 40g (2 tbsp) sugar, honey, or maple syrup
- 2.5 g (½ tsp) vanilla or other flavorings
Cool mixer bowl and whisks in the freezer for at least 20 minutes.
Place all ingredients into the bowl.
Keep whisking until stiff peaks form.
Processing time/ Speed:: about 2 min with max speeds
Basic Sponge Cake
- 4 eggs ( room temperature)
- 225 g caster sugar
- 225 g self-raising flour
- 10 g (2 tsp) baking powder
- 225 g baking spread, margarine or soft butter at room temperature.
Mix eggs, caster sugar, baking powder and baking spread together.
Min. Speed: 1 min.
Add the flour into the mixture and beat it until the flour is fully
incorporated.
Min. Speed: 1 min. then 2 min into hook max speed
Basic Pizza Dough
- 200 ml lukewarm water
- 14 g yeast
- 5 g (1 tsp) salt
- 300 g flour
- Splash of extra virgin olive oil
Place all ingredients into the bowl and knead them at low speed together.
Min. Speed: 1 min.
Keep kneading until the flour is fully incorporated.
2-3 min into hook max speed
Pure Carrot smoothies
- Max.900g of Water
- Max.600g carrot
Place all ingredients into the jar and use max speed to blend.
Processing time / Speed: 3 min.
CLEANING
- Before cleaning remove the power cord from the socket.
- Never immerse the housing with the motor in the water!
- Do not use any sharp or abrasive detergents.
- Only a damp rinsing cloth should be used to clean the outside of the housing.
- Components that have come into contact with food can be cleaned in soapy water.
- Allow the parts to dry thoroughly before reassembling the device.
- Do not use a dishwasher to clean the kneading hook, stirrer beater, glass blender or food processor’s gearbox.

Make sure all of them are securely locked into position.

The machine does not work
French Fried Potato Julienne Disk| Always dear any blocked potato from the
chipper disc before processing more potatoes.
Some food remains on the disc after processing| It is normal for small
pieces to remain after processing.
The motor slows down when mixing dough| Amount of dough may exceed maximum
capacity.
Remove half and process in two batches.
•Do not add more than 250g of dough.
The dough is too dry| Running machine and add water through feed cube, 1
a tablespoon at a time until dough cleans the inside of the
processing bowl.
The dough is too wet| ‘ Running machine and add flour through feed cube, 1
a tablespoon at a time until dough cleans the inside of the
processing bowl.
Motor slow down when chopping blade| *Amount of meat may be too much.
Remove half and process in two batches.
- For the best result, trim the meat of fat before proces- sing.
Vibrates/moves during processing| ‘ Clean and dry the rubber feet at the bottom of the unit.
*Also make sure that the maximum load capacity is not being exceeded.
