docking base is applicable only to the M7 Pro model.
Step 8: Skilled persons should replace the
batteries in this appliance.

knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the
appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved. Children shall not play with the appliance.

entanglement on wheels or roller brushes when using, cleaning and maintaining
the robot. 9. Do not use this product at an altitude of more than 2000m.

First Use

PRODUCT INSTALLATION
Installation of Charging Base
1. Make sure the power cable is connected into the charging base. 2. Place
the charging base flat against a wall and make sure there leaves enough space

1. Turn the unit over. 2. Attach the correct color side brush to the matching
post and press down until they
fit into place. 3. Ensure side brushes can rotate freely.

press button or use App to start cleaning. Pause: Short press to pause the
cleaning. To resume cleaning, briefly press again. Shut Down:
Networking Press and hold the network pairing button for network
configuration. Robot is in pairing status if the light is flashing.

Reset Press “Reset” button to reset the robot if it is not responding or does

Charging Robot Vacuum
1. Press and hold the power button to turn on the robot.

2. Place the robot on the charging base to start charging. We recommend that
you charge the robot for at least 6 hours before using it for the first time.
Cleaning
Please clean up the wires and sundries scattered on the ground and remove
precious, fragile and dangerous items that are easy to fall before cleaning.

NOTE
1. Please do not place the charging base on carpets or soft floors and keep
the area dry. 2. Remove the mopping cloth holder when the robot is under the
charging state. 3. To make sure the robot is always ready for use, we suggest
that you keep the robot charged on
the charging base. For long-term storage, remove the robot from the base and
store it in a cool & dry place. 4. If the robot is not used for more than 3
months, allow it to get charged for at least 12 hours before using. 5. To
preserve the battery lifespan, we suggest you fully charge the battery at
least once every six months.
During its first cleaning job, it is recommended to follow the robot to find
some possible problems. The robot can clean much more smoothly after that. If
certain area do not need to be cleaned, you can add No-Go Zones or Virtual
Walls on the map via the app to prevent the robot from entering the specified
area.
NOTE Do not use your robot on wet surfaces or surfaces with standing water.
Before using the product on a rug with tasseled edges, please fold the rug
edges under.

Mopping
1. Check and ensure the mop cloth is attached to the mop cloth holder.
2. Press the release button on the water tank and pull to remove.

3. Fill the water tank. Open the lid, fill the tank with water, and securely close the lid.
4. Attach the mopping cloth holder to the water tank.

5. Re-insert the water tank assembly into the robot. You hear a click sound when the water tank is installed properly.
6. Press ” ” to start mopping. If you don’t want the robot to go on your carpet when mopping, set a No-go zone/virtual wall via App or roll up the carpet.
NOTE a) Please do not exceed the “Max” water level. b) It is recommended to
use clean water in the water tank. Do not add any detergent in the water to
prevent clogs. Do not use hot water. c) Please clean the mopping cloth after
cleaning. d) Remove the mopping cloth holder when the robot is under the
charging state. e) You can adjust water flow via APP according to your
requirement.

APP SETUP AND OPERATION
NOTE
If your home wireless network name or password is changed, you will need to
re-established connection with your robot vacuum.
1. App supports iOS 9.0 and above, Android 6.0 and above phone system versions, but Pad device
is not accepted; generally the phone system version may be checked by clicking “Setting- About
Mobile Phone”.

2. This model does not support WEP encrypted router
3. The network accessing configuration of the cleaner requires wireless network of 2.4GHz frequency
range, 5GHz frequency range is currently incompatible.
4. Wireless network is mandatory for network accessing configuration of the cleaner; once the
network accessing is configured successfully, App may be operated in wireless network/2G/3G/
4G/5G network environment and the cleaner may be controlled remotely.
App; Without any changes of App account number, one just needs to configure network accessing
for the cleaner once again.
6. If others want to use App to operate same cleaner, they need to be invited on App by the device
owner by sharing the device to the new user’s account (on the condition that the invitee has
downloaded App and has registered an account).
7. The device will be removed from the former device owner’s device list if a new account owner
connect the device successfully.
8. Once the cleaner is configured successfully network accessing, the following operations will result
in clearance of wireless network settings and secondary network accessing configuration is
required; Long press the network accessing configuration key on the device for over 3 seconds,
and after a tick sound is heard, all wireless network information will be cleared.
1. Ensure the mobile phone is connected to your home wireless network. Also please turn on the Bluetooth on your phone. If not, go to Settings and turn it on.
2. Download the MSmartHome app and register your robot: a. Scan the QR code or search for the MSmartHome app in the Apple or Google Play Store. Download the app. b. Open the app and create your personal account. Follow instructions on the screen.
3. Add your robot vacuum to your app. Press the ” + ” button on the main screen of the app and select M7 Pro from the available list of products.
4. Connect your robot to your wireless network. After assembling and powering on the robot, press and hold the network button until a beep sound is heard. The indicator light should start flashing. Follow instructions on app for next steps.

Cleaning the Side Brush
1. Pull to remove the side brushes. Remove any tangled hair, debris, and then
reinstall them.
2. It is recommended to clean the side brushes every week and replace them
every 6-12 months.

3. The filter is on the side of the dustbin. Remove debris by tapping the filter against your garbage bin. You can clean the filter and the sponge with water, but remember to dry them THOROUGHLY before reinserting them back into the dustbin.
4. Reinsert the dustbin back in the robot. It is recommended to clean the
filter elements every week and replace them every 1-3 months.

If side brushes are curled, you can remove them and place in warm water
(Suggested 30 – 50°C )for 30 seconds and then let it thoroughly dry.

Wipe the sensors and wheels gently with a dry, soft cloth, as shown in the

Wipe the charging contacts on both the robot and the charging base with a dry,
soft cloth, as shown in the figure.

TROUBLESHOOTING
Operation of your appliance can lead to errors and malfunctions. The following
tables contain possible causes and notes for resolving an error message or
malfunction. It is recommended to read the tables carefully below in order to
save your time and money that may cost for calling to the service center. If
you have after-sales problems, it is recommended to go to MSmartHome-Help-

utilizzarlo. 5. Per preservare la durata della batteria, si consiglia di

Durante la prima operazione di pulizia, si consiglia di seguire il robot per
individuare eventuali problemi. In seguito, il robot potrà pulire in modo
molto più agevole. Se alcune aree non devono essere pulite, è possibile
aggiungere zone di interdizione o muri virtuali sulla mappa tramite l’app per
impedire al robot di entrare nell’area specificata.
NOTA Non utilizzare il robot su superfici bagnate o con acqua stagnante. Prima
di utilizzare il prodotto su un tappeto con i bordi nappati, ripiegare i bordi
del tappeto verso il basso.

1. Controllare e assicurarsi che il panno sia attaccato al relativo supporto.
2. Premere il pulsante di rilascio sul serbatoio dell’acqua e tirare per rimuoverlo.

CONFIGURAZIONE E FUNZIONAMENTO DELL’APP
NOTA
Il nome o la password del tuo Wi-Fi domestico vengono modificati, sarà necessario ristabilire la connessione con il robot aspirapolvere.
1. L’app supporta iOS 9.0 e superiori, Android 6.0 e versioni superiori del sistema telefonico, ma il
dispositivo Pad non è accettato; in genere la versione del sistema telefonico può essere
controllata cliccando su “Impostazioni-Informazioni sul telefono cellulare” nel telefono
cellulare.
2. Questo modello non supporta il router criptato WEP.

Pulizia della spazzola principale
1. Capovolgere l’unità principale. Rimuovere il coperchio ed estrarre la spazzola principale. Utilizzare la spazzola di pulizia o le forbici per pulire i capelli aggrovigliati o i detriti.

2. Asciugare accuratamente la spazzola principale e il coperchio, quindi reinserirli nel robot. Si consiglia di pulire la spazzola principale ogni settimana e di sostituirla ogni 6-12 mesi.

Pulizia della spazzola laterale
1. Tirare per rimuovere le spazzole laterali. Rimuovere eventuali capelli
aggrovigliati e detriti, quindi reinstallarle.
2. Si consiglia di pulire le spazzole laterali ogni settimana e di
sostituirle ogni 6-12 mesi.

Se le spazzole laterali sono arricciate, è possibile rimuoverle e metterle in

NOTA Svuotare il contenitore per la polvere dopo ogni utilizzo.
1. Premere il pulsante di rilascio del contenitore per rimuoverlo dal robot.
2. Premere il pulsante di rilascio per svuotare il contenitore.

3. Il filtro si trova sul lato del contenitore per la polvere. Rimuovere i detriti battendo il filtro contro il contenitore della polvere. È possibile pulire il filtro e la spugna con acqua, ma è necessario asciugarli accuratamente prima di reinserirli nel contenitore.
4. Reinserire il contenitore nel robot. Si consiglia di pulire il filtro ogni
settimana e di sostituirlo ogni 1-3 mesi.

RISOLUZIONE DEI PROBLEMI
Il funzionamento dell’apparecchio può causare errori e malfunzionamenti. Le seguenti tabelle contengono possibili cause e note per la risoluzione di un messaggio di errore o malfunzionamento. Si raccomanda di leggere attentamente la tabella seguente per risparmiare il tempo e il denaro necessari per rivolgersi al centro di assistenza. L’apparecchio si blocca.
Non è stato pulito completamente e lo si ricarica.
Causa
L’interruttore di alimentazione non è acceso durante la carica.
L’apparecchio e i terminali di ricarica non sono in pieno contatto.
L’apparecchio è coperto da fili a terra, con tendaggi cadenti o coperte
intrecciate.
Soluzione

Accendere l’apparecchio.
Assicurarsi che l’apparecchio sia completamente a contatto con il terminale di
ricarica.
L’apparecchio avvia automaticamente la modalità di fuga. Se non è in grado di
uscire, ha bisogno di un aiuto manuale.
La spazzola laterale e la spazzola principale, ecc. si bloccano e l’apparecchio non può funzionare normalmente.
Pulire gli avvolgimenti della spazzola laterale e riavviarla. Se non si avvia, contattare il servizio post-vendita.
