Pairing

How to pair and connect /disconnect the earphones:

1.  Remove both earphones from the charging case.
2.  Turn on the Bluetooth function on your phone and search for
3.  TWS BONBON device.
4. If the connection is successful, a message requesting pairing the TWS BONBON with your device will appear on the display.
5. The connection will automatically break after placing the earphones into the charging case.
6. After removing the earphones from the charging case, they will automatically connect to the paired device. Once the earphones are successfully paired with the phone, they are ready for use. If the charging case is flat, the earphones will not automatically disconnect from the phone when placed and closed in the case.

Charging

1. Put the earphones into the charging case.
   ( Note: Each earphone should be connected to its respective slot: the “L” earphone to the left one and the “R” earphone to the right one.)

2. Close the charging case.

3. Connect the USB-C cable to the port on the charging case.

4. Note: The case has an integrated battery and can charge the earphones even without the USB cable.

Touch Control

Controlling the earphones with touch:

• Turning the earphones on: The earphones switch on automatically after being emoved from the charging case or when the sensor button on the earphone is held for a long time (5 s).
• Turning the earphones off: The earphones switch off automatically after being removed from the charging case or when the sensor button on the earphone is held for a long time (5 s).
• Play/pause music: 1 click on the RIGHT or LEFT earphone
• Next song: 2 clicks on the RIGHT earphone
• Previous song: 2 clicks on the LEFT earphone
• Volume +: 3 clicks on the RIGHT earphone
• Volume -: 3 clicks on the LEFT earphone
• Calling up SIRI/Google Assistant, etc.: Press and hold the button on the RIGHT or LEFT earphone for approx. 3 seconds.
• Answer or hang up a call: 1x click on the RIGHT or LEFT earphone
• Reject a call: Press and hold the button on the RIGHT or LEFT earphone for approx. 2 seconds.

LED indicators

Charging status:

• Earphones: red LED lights up while the earphones are charging. When the earphones are fully charged, the LED on the earphones and the charging case turns off.
• Charging case: red LED flashes slowly while charging. When the case is fully charged, the LED stays red.
• Earphones pairing mode: LED on one of the earphones will flash red and blue alternately.
• Paired and connected earphones: LED stays off

Notes:
The product is warranted in accordance with the regulations in force in the countries where it is sold. In case of service problems, contact the dealer from which you have purchased the product. FIXED assumes no liability for damage caused by improper use of the product.

Product care and maintenance
If you do not use the device for longer period of time, it is necessary to charge the battery every two or three months to prevent damage and reduction in device power. Use a soft cloth to clean the body of the TWS earphones.

Safety precautions

• Do not expose the device to rain or snow or immerse it in water.
• Do not leave the TWS earphones in the car in the sun.
• Do not expose the device to direct sunlight, or leave it near it heat sources.
• Do not use the TWS earphones if they have been subjected to a strong impact, dropped, or damaged in any way.
• Do not disassemble the device, there is a risk of electric shock and/or burns. Do not modify the power cable.
• Keep out of reach of children. Unauthorized opening or modification of product parts will void the warranty.
