Urbanista SEOUL Seoul Gaming Earphones

Product Information

The Urbanista Seoul is a pair of wireless earphones that can be connected to a Bluetooth-enabled device. It comes with different sizes of silicone tips for a comfortable fit and an effective seal. The earphones have a low-latency Gaming Mode that synchronizes audio and video for an immersive entertainment experience while on-the-go. The earphones can store up to six paired devices.

Product Usage Instructions

First Time Pairing and Reconnecting

Open the charging case while the earphones remain inside to enter pairing mode.
Open Bluetooth settings on your device and select Urbanista Seoul to connect.
If pairing is not established within 5 minutes, the pairing mode is canceled, and the procedure must be started over.
The earphones will automatically reconnect to the same device when turned on next time.

To connect the earphones to a Bluetooth device for the first time, open the charging case whilst the earphones remain inside the case. The earphones will automatically enter pairing mode. Open Bluetooth settings on your device and select “Urbanista Seoul” to connect. If pairing is not established within 5 minutes, pairing mode is canceled and the procedure must be started over. The earphones will automatically reconnect to the same device you have paired them with when next turned on.

Connect to Another Device
To connect the earphones to another device, disconnect them from the current device to enter pairing mode again. The earphones can store up to six paired devices.
Disconnect the earphones from the device to enter pairing mode again or to connect to another device. The earphones can store up to six paired devices.

Gaming Mode
To activate Gaming Mode, turn on the earphones and connect them to your mobile device. In-game voice chat is not supported.
Urbanista Seoul has a low-latency Gaming Mode that turns your earphones into the perfect companion for on-the-go mobile gaming and movie streaming. The low latency synchronizes the audio and video for an immersive entertainment experience on the go. In-game voice chat is not supported.

Charging and Battery **

The earphones come with a charging case. To charge the earphones, place them in the charging case. The Battery Status Indicator (1) will light up to indicate the battery status.
The earphones will automatically start charging when put back into the charging case. A “low battery” voice prompt will notify you when there are 30 minutes of playtime remaining, after which the earphones will automatically turn off. Use a wireless charging pad or the included USB Type-C cable connected to a power source to charge the case. The “Battery Status Indicator” (1) will pulse during charging and continuously lit when the case is fully charged.

0-25 % – The first LED pulses white
25-50 % – The first LED is lit and the second pulses white
50-75 % – The first two LEDs are lit and the third pulses white
75-100 % – The first three LEDs are lit and the fourth pulses white
100 % – All four LEDs are lit continuously

When not charging the case, simply open the lid to see the status of the charging case battery.

SILICONE TIPS
The included silicone tips come in different sizes. Choose a size that fits comfortably in your ears and provides an effective seal.

Reset

Delete Urbanista Seoul from the Bluetooth settings on your device.
Press and hold the Urbanista Reset Button (2) for 10 seconds while the earphones remain inside the case until the Battery Status Indicator (1) lights flash quickly at the same time 10 times.
Close the charging case to complete the reset.
Delete “Urbanista Seoul” from the Bluetooth settings on your device.
Press and hold the Urbanista “Reset Button” (2) for 10 seconds, whilst the earphones remain inside the case until the “Battery Status Indicator” (1) lights flash quickly at the same time 10 times. Close the charging case to successfully complete the reset.
Follow the instructions in “First Time Pairing and Reconnecting” to reconnect to your earphones.

CONTROLS

PLAY – Tap the left (L) or right (R) earphone twice.
PAUSE – Tap the left (L) or right (R) earphone twice.
VOLUME UP – Tap the right (R) earphone once.
VOLUME DOWN – Tap the left (L) earphone once.
ANSWER INCOMING CALL – Tap the left (L) or right (R) earphone twice.
END CALL – Tap the left (L) or right (R) earphone twice.
REJECT A CALL – Touch and hold the left (L) or right (R) earphone for 2 seconds.
VOICE ASSISTANT – Touch and hold the left (L) earphone for 2 seconds.
GAMING MODE ON/OFF – Touch and hold the right (R) earphone for 2 seconds.
