PACKING LIST (Vbraketype)
Assemble Front Frame & Rear Frame
Take out main axle set (picture 2), insert it into the center hole above front frame from top to bottom (picture 1), knock it to the end. Turnover the front frame, put bearing & bowlware successively. Mount the main axle set onto head tube of rear frame. Note: do not make wrong direction (picture 4).Joint bowlware & bearing & trapezoidal steel plate & washer & spring washer & nut in order and tighten them slightly (see picture 5 & 6); using M8x25 outer hexagonal bolt, washer, nylon nut (picture 7), assemble 2 support steels in order (according to picture 8, 9 & 10) and tighten them firmly (picture 11).
Assemble Front Wheel & Front Fender
Mount front wheels to both sides of front frame hooks respectively (Note: make sure the tyre placed properly) and fix them with screws (see picture 13 & 14). Mount front fenders above tyres respectively, then mount the small holding plates (see picture 12, 15 & 16) and fix them with M5x12 round head cross, washer & nylon nut (see picture 17).
Assemble Angle Steel
Mount angle steels onto the 4 corners of front frame. Please be careful of the position and direction (see picture 18 & 19). Fix them by using M6x30 big flat head cross screw with cap nuts.
Assemble Front Box
Mount the wooden plates onto front frame respectively and fix them by using M6x18 big flat cross screw & washer & cap nuts for angle steels (see picture 21, 22 & 23), and M4x25 self-tapping screws for 2 seat plates (see picture 25 & 26). Insert the handlebar bushing and canopy bushing inside of an angle steel (see picture 21, 22 & 24).
Assemble Safety Belts & Reflectors & Foot Steps & Guide Rollers & Front
Light
Firstly, mount the safety belts onto seat plates respectively and fix them by using M6x20 big flat cross screw & nylon but (see picture 27). Secondly, use M6x35 big flat cross screw & nylon nut for fixing panel holes of seat plates (picture 28). Thirdly, mount yellow reflectors onto side plates while white reflectors onto front plate (see picture 28, 29 & 30); Fourthly, mount foot steps onto side plates (picture 28 & 32). Then, mount guide rollers onto both sides of angle steels (picture 28 & 31). Next, mount front light onto front tube (see picture 30 & 33).
Assemble Handlebar & Box Cover
Insert the handlebar inside handlebar’s fixed tube and adjust it to suitable
height. Twist M8x20 socket hexagon screw first, then twist M8 normal nut
(picture 34 & 35).
Take out box cover, put it on the top of front box (Note: the side with holes
should be installed at the back).
Fasten sticking band and hang the rubber band on the guide roller (see picture
36, 37 & 38).
Wear Brake Cable & Adjust V Brake
Take out brake cable, V brake accessaries and cable tips. Firstly set brake cable (please note direction) (picture 41 & 42); To pass through hook and extension tube into both sides of wire end and connect with V brake, and adjust brake block. Fix the brake with bolts and adjust it (picture 39 & 40)
Assemble Canopy & Recharger
Take out canopy tube and canopy. Insert canopy tube inside of bolster, then put canopy on the top (Note: the side with holes should be installed at the back), sticking band, hang rubber band on the guide roller (picture 44 & 45); Insert recharger plug inside charging hole when charging (picture 46&47).
