Aquatic Life Float Valve Kit

The Aquatic Life Float Valve Kit is designed to automatically fill large tanks, containers, and aquariums with water. It includes an auto-shutoff solenoid that ensures the system stops filling the container once it reaches the desired water level. The kit connects to a faucet and can be used with reverse osmosis (RO) units for filtered water.

Important Notes

  • The check valve arrow must point in the direction of water flow.
  • The auto-shutoff solenoid must be installed with the screw-side at the bottom.
  • The float valve must be installed in the recommended orientation to work properly.
  • Mark all tubing 5/8 from the end and insert it into fittings until it reaches the mark.
  • Aquatic Life assumes no responsibility for water damage due to leaks. It is the user’s responsibility to determine that the system is leak-free.

Product Usage Instructions

  1. Insert tubing from the supply water connection into the IN port of the auto-shutoff solenoid (non-screw side).
  2. Insert tubing into the OUT port of the auto shut-off solenoid (non-screw side) and connect the other end of the tubing to wherewater flows into the sediment cartridge.
  3. Install the adjustable float into a reservoir or other container.
  4. Connect the tubing from the filtered water existing the membrane to the inline check valve. Be sure the arrow on the check valve is pointing in the direction of water flow.
  5. Insert tubing to connect the check valve to the IN port (screw side) of the auto-shutoff solenoid.
  6. Insert the tubing into the OUT port (screw side) and connect the other end of the tubing to the adjustable float valve.
  7. Connect the waste water to drain and insert the flow restrictor.

INSTALLATION

  1. Insert tubing from the supply water connection into the IN port of the auto-shutoff solenoid (non-screw side)
  2. Insert tubing into the OUT port of the auto shut-off solenoid (non-screw side) and connect the other end of the tubing to where water flows into the sediment cartridge
  3. Install the adjustable float into a reservoir or other container
  4. Connect the tubing from the filtered water existing the membrane to the inline check valve. Be sure the arrow on the check valve is pointing the direction of water flow
  5. Insert tubing to connect the check valve to the IN port (screw side) of the auto-shutoff solenoid
  6. Insert the tubing into the OUT port (screw side) and connect the other end of the tubing to the adjustable float valve
