CCT COLOUR TEMPERATURE ADJUST SWITCH:
To access the Colour Temperature Adjustable Switch (CTA), remove the IP65 cap
by twisting in the anti-clockwise direction and continuously turning until it
detaches from the thread. Select the required 4000K / 5000K / 6500K colour
temperature by adjusting the DIP switch upwards or downwards accordingly.
Re-fit the IP65 cap by aligning the thread and twisting in the clockwise
direction until secure.

GENERAL INFORMATION
PLEASE READ INSTRUCTION BEFORE COMMENCING INSTALLATION AND RETAIN FOR
FUTURE REFERENCE.

If in any doubt about the installation or use of this product, consult a
competent electrician.
- Before commencing any electrical work, to prevent the possibility of receiving an electric shock, ensure the mains isolator on the consumer unit is in the ‘OFF’ position and safely isolated in accordance with Best Practice Guide 3.
- If in doubt consult a qualified electrician. The luminaire must be installed in accordance with the latest IET Wiring Regulations, BS7671. If this product is being fitted as a replacement part to an existing installation account must be taken to the version of the wiring regulations it was installed to.
- Before commencing installation, ensure the fitting is complete with the fixings required.
- The fitting should be mounted on a smooth, flat surface, noting the position of any pipes or wiring behind the fixed surface to prevent the risk of damage.
- The LED light source is dimmable when using compatible controllers.
- This LED light source is not user-replaceable.
- The LED light source is replaceable by professionals only.
- The light source contained within this luminaire has an energy classification value of D.

WIRING / FITMENT INSTRUCTIONS
Fittings With 0(1)-10V Dimming (Without Microwave Sensor)
Ensure the 3 core cable is terminated to the 230V~ power supply.
0-10V Dimming: 2 core cable terminated to a 0-10V dimmer control (if
required). Will dim down to OFF.
1-10V Dimming: 2 core cable terminated to a 1-10V dimmer control (if
required). Will dim down to 10%. To turn the light OFF, a separate switch is
required on the mains input.
Fittings With Microwave Sensor.
The remote control (CGHBIRR) can be used to adjust and set the dimming levels
and hold time settings.
Fittings With Emergency Control Gear
The emergency control gear (OXHLEMP) must be connected to the 4 pin emergency
outlet.
The pre-wired high bay fitting meets IP65. To retain the IP65 rating, either
inline IP65 connectors or IP65 adaptable boxes must be used.
Shorting Cap must be fitted to the 4 pin emergency outlet if emergency control
gear is not required for operation and to retain IP rating!
WALL / CEILING BRACKET ASSEMBLY & INSTALLATION
The Bracket & Components
Note: Ensure the correct bracket is selected prior to starting the installation.
- OVWB1080# – Bracket suitable for 100W HI-LITE High Bay Lights
- OVWB1081# – Bracket suitable for 150W HI-LITE High Bay Lights
- OVWB1082# – Bracket suitable for 200W HI-LITE High Bay Lights
- Mark the bracket fixing locations in the required position.
- Drill holes as required by the fixings being used (not supplied)
- Install suitable fixings (not supplied) ensuring the bracket is secure.
- Fix the bracket in to the require position.
- Install the M8 bolts with spring and ring washers.
- Fix the brackets in to the required position.

HOOK & CHAIN ASSEMBLY (Chain Not Supplied)
Note: When chain mounting the following minimum distances must be adhered too:
- Minimum chain length 500mm
- Minimum space around the fitting 150mm
0(1)-10V DIMMING INSTRUCTIONS (Fittings Without Microwave Sensor)
Fittings without the microwave sensor, OXHL100, OXHL150 & OXHL200.
0-10V Dimming Control: The 0-10V controller will provide analogue control (0mA
to 10mA) to the driver input.
When the controller is set at 10mA the light output will be at 100%. When the
controller is set to 0mA the light output will turn OFF (0%).
1-10V Dimming Control:
The 1-10V controller will provide analogue control (1mA to 10mA) to the driver
input.
The 230V mains input must be switched to enable the light to be turned OFF.
When the controller is set at 10mA the light output will be at 100%. When the
controller is set to the minimum 1mA the output will be 10%. The independent
mains switch will then allow the light / driver to be turned off.

CONTROLLER (CGHBIRR) OVERVIEW (Supplied Separately)
- The handheld controller is suitable for use with the OVIA INCEPTOR HI-LITE Highbay range with microwave sensors fitted.
- Offers the facility to set the detection range, hold time, lux level, standby period and dimmed level during standby period..
- One infrared controller can be used to set up all fittings.
- Each fitting can be set up with different settings using the remote selection buttons with memory facility to copy settings to other fittings.
- Adjustments can be made as locations change to meet the site requirements.
