REMOTE CONTROL DEVICE

Use a CR2025 3V battery for remote control1 positive side facing up. Please take out the insulation tab plastic before using it!
If you need to replace the battery, take out the battery and push the battery out from the side. The batteries can be removed easy.
Remote controllable distance is around 5-10 meters. It must be pointed to the radio unit at all times.

RE-Battery assembly instructions

  1. Push the tab on the battery cover on the side and open the battery cover.
  2. Clean batte1v contacts and device contacts before installing the batte1\i
  3. Make sure to check the correct polarity+ and – inside the remote contrnl compartment.
  4. Put the battery cover back in place, and secure the buckle bv pressing It inside the remote housing.

NOTE
Remove the batteries ram the product 1f it is not used or a lrn,g time (1 mrn,th or longer) .

  2. SCAN > When in DAB or FM Mode: Short press to scan radio station’ s

  3. PRESET STATIONS> Long press number O -9 button to store the radio station, press O -9 button to select the radio station .

  4. MENU> Press 1x for the menu setup settings

  5. CLOCK> Press ix for the radio setup settings

  6. INFO > Press 1x to show (different) info settings

  7. SKIP – When in DAB+ or FM mode: Press 1x for previous radio station, press and hold to fast move the radio stations
    When in BT mode: Press 1x for previous track When in MENU mode: Press 1x for previous step

  8. BACK> Press 1x to go back in the menu or settings.
    When in alarm status long press to cancel the alarm sound.

  9. SNOOZE> When the alarm signal is activated, press 1x to go into the snooze status.
    Press it again to select the desired snooze time .

  10. MUTE> Press 1x to activate ON/OFF

  11. MODE/LIGHT> 1x Press to change DAB+/FM/BT/AUX mode change .

  12. RESET  1x Press to show the radio station, Long press for the pre-stored radio stations .

  13. ALARM> Press 1x for the alarm setup settings
    (TIP: Press this button to switch off the alarm when activated.)

ALARM/CLOCK
When the device is powered ON ,tis in DAB mode and automatically searches for DAB radio stations. If a DAB signal can be searched it will automatically set the date and time using the lou,I DAB/DAB+ sig d When the time and date settings are not set aLtomatically press and hold the ‘CLOCK’ button for approximate Iv 2 seconds. Use the SKIP(TRACK buttons to set the time and date and p,ess ‘ENTER’ to confirm ,t. To set the alarm in DAB+iFM mode press the ‘C OCK’ button ix. Select the alarm setup number using the SKIP(TRACK buttons and press ‘ENTER’. Use the SKIP/TR.C\CK buttuns to select your alarm times (up to 4pcs)i alarm durations, alarm s□ Uf’.C source, alarm calendar and press ENTER’ to confirm. ‘celect the alarm sound source using the SKIP!TRACK buttons and press ‘ENTER’. Select the alarm calendar using the SKIP!TRACK buttons and press ‘ENTER’. Select alarm ,•olume using the SKIP/TRC\CK buttons aw! press ‘ENTER’. Select alarm ,!uration using the SKIP/TRACK buttons and press ‘ENTER’. Use the ‘Sl,OOZE’ button to temporarily silence the alarm. TIP: Press this button to switch  off the alarm when activated.

PRESET RADIO STATIONS (DAB+/ FM mode)
To setup a pre-set radio station select the station of your cboice, using the SKIP/TRACK controls, then press ‘ENTER’. Then press and hold the ‘PRESET’ button, use the SKIPiTR ,CK controls to find a free number, then press ‘ENTER’ to confirm. View the preset radio stations bv pressing the ‘PRESET’ button and Lsing the SKIPiTR0.CK co·,trols to view all stations, press ‘ENTER’ to select the station you like to fear.

INFO/MENU
To change the device and speaker settings in all mode’s (for example language, time, scan, tune etc) press and hold the ‘INFO’ button to see the menu. Use the SKIP/TRACK buttons to see and adjust all the settings in the menu and press ‘ENTER’ to confirm.
To see the INFO press ,x in each mode to select the different info as desired.

MICROPHONE
This is a built-in microphone to use for handsfree calling.

PLAY/PAUSE/ENTER/SNOOZE
When use in DAB mode> Press ,x for enter, press approximately 2 seconds for scan When use in FM mode> Press 1Xfor scan When in BT mode > Play/Pause the music Use the ‘SNOOZE’ button to temporarily silence the alarm or select the snooze time as desired.

PREVIOUS/SKIP-/BACK and NEXT/SKIP+/FORWARD
When in DAB+ or FM mode: Press ,x for previous/next radio station, press and hold to fast move the radio stations
When in BT mode: Press ,x for previous/next track
When in MENU mode: Press ,x for previous/next step

MODE/LIGHT:
MODE DAB/ FM/ BT/ AUX>
Enter a mode by pressing the mode button until ‘DAB/FM/BT or AUX ‘is displayed. Use the SKIP/TRACK buttons to select the previous/next radio stations/music track or scan radio
stations and press ‘ENTER’ to confirm. When Bluetooth is selected it will activate pairing mode automatically. Turn on Bluetooth on your mobile device and select” Vlectro “from the list. You will then hear a sound that confirms that you are “connected”. From now on you can listen to music and you are able to receive calls. The device also supports incoming calls.
Note, The memory function is automatically supported when reconnecting both devices that were used lasttime!

Bluetooth use:

  1. Making phone calls
    Make sure the device is connected to your mobile device. You can call now.
    You answer the call by pressing the “ENTER” button once. To rejectthe call, long press the “ENTER” button so the call is rejected. You can change the volume by the volume knob or change it by the volume buttons from your device directly.
    Note: all other functions should be used by your mobile device.

  2. Listen to your music
    Make sure that the device is connected to your mobile device. You can now listen to the music on your playlist. ,x short press the” ENTER” button to stop the music. Press the button again
    to continue. Press the SKIP+ – buttons for the next/ previous songs.
    NOTE: When there is no music playing and no buttons have been pressed for 15 minutes, the device will automatically enter Standby mode.
    Connect the 3.5mm Jack lead from your device to the AUX port if you want to listen wiredly from your (non Bluetooth) music source device. Connect a USB Flash Drive or connect a USB audio input cable and press the MODE button until you will see “USB” Insert a MICRO SD card into the rear of the radio speaker atthe SD/TF card slot and press the MODE button until you will see “SD”. Cards up till 32GB SDHC are supported. To adjust the LED display brightness, press and hold the ‘LIGHT’ button to select 1 ofthe 3 settings.

RADIO TELESCOPIC ANTENNA
When the signal is insufficient you can put it straight and make sure it is extended for better
signal receptions. Near windows will improve the signal performance and battery use time.

USB disk (or micro SD card) playback
Turn on, insert USB / micro SD card, then press the MDDE button to switch to USB / SD mode.
It will play music from USB/ micro SD automatically. (Largest capacity of USB/ micro SD the device can support: 64GB SDHC)
Rotate the VOLUME knob to adjust volume, press the VOLUME key to mute sound.
Press the SKIP left and right key to switch between up and down songs, long press the SKIP left and right key to rewind and fast forward. Press the ENTER key to play or pause. During playback, short press the MENU-INFO key to view the currently playing song information (current track/total track, current playing time/total current track time, date, etc.) Supports audio decoding formatMP3/WAV/FLAC/WMA/APE.
