SWEETFULL Solar Bird Feeder

Product Information

The SWEETFULL Solar Bird Feeder is a solar-powered bird feeder that attracts birds with its lighting effect and allows you to feed them. It comes with a Ni-MH rechargeable battery and has a capacity of 30%~80% seed level. It is suitable for outdoor use and can be hung on a tree or placed on the ground.

Usage Instructions

  1. Switch the product to ON position after opening the box. The button is on top of the black solar panel (you need to press it a little deeper).
  2. In order to get the longest possible lighting time, please make sure that the solar panel is placed where it will be exposed to as much direct sunlight as possible and is not in the shade for a long time. The duration of the light depends largely on the time of the previous exposure to sunlight. Shadows or clouds prevent the battery from being fully charged. Please note: In the winter with a lower intensity of solar radiation, the output of the solar panel is naturally lower (shorter light duration of the solar lamp).
  3. Open the top lid for you to add bird food. You can control the seed level between 30%~80%. Please do not use large seeds like whole peanuts.
  4. Hang the bird feeder on the tree or place it on the ground to attract birds.
  5. It can be washed with water, and the surface water can continue to be used after washing (do not soak the top solar part in water).

Troubleshooting:

  1. Solar light does not work: A. Check the position of the switch whether is On or in Auto Mode. B. Open the battery case and check the rechargeable battery and ensure there is good contact with the metal plate. C. Check the location of the bird feeder; keep it away from night light source such as exterior lamps or house lights.
  2. Cleaning: Keep the solar panel clean. When the solar panel is covered with dust, please clean it by using a soft moistened cloth (do not use any chemical or abrasive cleaner). It is important to ensure that no moisture enters into the solar panel and light device.

About Battery:

  1. A Ni-MH rechargeable battery is included. Solar lights only use rechargeable battery, be aware.
  2. Replacement of battery: After 12 months, the battery’s life could be shortened, which brings shorter lighting hours. You can replace the rechargeable battery when the product does not light up long or lighting hours are brief. 1 piece of AA 1.2v NI-MH battery of 600 mAH and above is recommended. Using a small head screwdriver (not included), unscrew the battery compartment cover in the back of the solar panel. You can replace with 1pc AA rechargeable battery. Be sure to slide the switch to the OFF position during this operation.
  3. Disposal of battery: When battery expires, it must be recycled or disposed properly and responsibly. Do not incinerate the battery or put it into fire.
