Product Information: Replacing the Cooking Chamber Seal for Combisteamer Floor-standing Unit
The installation manual provides instructions on how to replace the cooking
chamber seal for Combisteamer floor-standing units. The instructions are valid
for cooking chamber seals 211096 and 10018052. The target group for this
installation manual is trained qualified personnel entrusted with the
technical functioning and
operation of the unit.
Required Tools:
- Warm soapy water
- Cloth
Product Usage Instructions:
Step 1: Remove the Old Seal
- Loosen the seal at one of the upper corners.
- Pull out the complete seal.
- Remove any sealing residues.
Step 2: Install the New Seal
- Thoroughly spray groove for sealing profile with warm soapy water.
- Remove horde wagon.
- Thoroughly wipe out the groove with a cloth.
- Completely remove all soiling, for example grease residues.
- Install the seal starting at one of the top corners.
- Press in the two upper corners one after the other.
- Put on and press from the front, do not push in from the side.
- Press in the two bottom corners.
- The lower part of the door seal is reinforced in the corners. Check beforehand which part of the seal feels tighter. This part must be used at the bottom.
- Always press in the seal from the center outwards.
- Start in the middle between two corners. Press the seal evenly into the groove. Only press from the front and do not extend or stretch. Always work from the center to the corners.
- Spray the seal with soapy water to help it slide into the groove.
- Check whether the seal is evenly applied everywhere. If not, rework.
- Insert seal at the top corners first.
Note: For a good fit of the new cooking chamber seal, it is important that the groove is very well cleaned. The cooking chamber seal must sit straight and without waves in the profile.

Remove seal
- Remove horde wagon.
