- Use equipment and protective gear suitable for the activity.
Danger of electric shock from live components.
- Prior to working on the electrical system, switch off the unit, disconnect the electrical system from the mains and prevent power from being switched on again. Check to ensure the system is dead.
- Use only insulated tools.
Opening and closing the unit
Open and close the unit according to the service instructions.
FlexFusion
→ Remove the left side wall.
SpaceSaver
→ Remove unit cover.
→ Remove the rear panel.
SpaceSaverTeam
With recirculation hood
→ Remove the rear panel.
→ Dismantle the rear wall of the hood.
Without recirculation hood
→ Remove the rear panel.
Removing the supply air area
→ Dismantle the upper attachment from the supply air area (lid or screw
connection).
→ Disconnect the supply line from the control board or wiring harness.
→ Loosen the lower clamp.
→ Move the entire supply air area upwards and remove it from the side.

Remove lift magnet

→ Dismantle the plug of the supply line.
→ Open the threaded cable connection.
→ Carefully pull silicone hose upward.
→ Loosen and remove the fastening screws from the lift magnet.
→ Remove the washer from the lift magnet.
Install lift magnet
a Cable gland insert
b Seal
c Screw for fastening washer
→ Replace seal (211080).
→ Mount the sealing washer on the new lift magnet.
→ Screw on the lift magnet.
→ Guide cable through threaded cable connection with seal.
INFORMATION
Never operate the unit without a sealing insert in the threaded cable
connection.
→ Tighten the threaded cable connection.
→ Mount connector.
→ Mount the supply air area in reverse order.
→ Connect the component electrically.
