Product Information
The A0001 2019-Up Chevy Silverado 1500 is a set of fender flares designed to provide additional tire coverage and protect the vehicle’s body from debris and mud. The product comes with a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. The installation process requires specific tools and adherence to the instructions provided in the manual. Failure to follow the instructions may invalidate the warranty.
Prior to Installation
Before installing the flares, ensure that you use the hardware provided and follow the written instructions. The fit of the flares to the vehicle should be verified before installation, and some filing, sanding, or cutting may be necessary for proper fit. Using larger tires may require lowering bump stops or installing steering stops to prevent tire contact with the flare. Modifications may be necessary to maintain a minimum 4-inch clearance between flares and exhaust pipes. All exposed fasteners and bare metal should be treated with rust-resistant paint before installing flares, and inner fender wells should be sprayed with undercoating after flare attachments are completed. If existing decals on the vehicle interfere with the flares, remove them before installation.
Care & Cleaning
Fender flares are built to last, and any detergent used to wash the vehicle is sufficient to clean the flare. Do not use harsh abrasive detergents.

Application of plastic adhesion promoter for ABS plastic as per your paint system manufacturer’s recommendations is required. -
Metal Protection : All exposed fasteners and bare metal should be treated with rust resistant paint BEFORE installing flares. Spray inner fender wells with undercoating AFTER flare attachments have been completed.
-
Decals: Flares may interfere with existing decals on vehicle. If you wish, remove decals prior to installation of flares.
