Product Information
The product is an environmental lamp that requires assembly and installation before use. The product comes with a mounting package and requires electrical connections in accordance with local and National Electrical Code standards. The product has a white supply wire, black supply wire, white or identified fixture wire, UL-listed wire nuts, plain or black fixture wire, bare or green ground wire from the supply, bare or green fixture ground wire, or bare or green ground wire from supply and a green ground screw.
Product Usage Instructions
- Before installation, turn off the main power at the circuit breaker to avoid possible shock.
- Remove the fixture and the mounting package from the box and ensure that no parts are missing by referencing the illustrations on the installation instructions.
- Follow the assembly steps provided in the instructions:
- D, C, A
- B, E
- F, G, C
- K, J, I, H
- L, H, E
- All electrical connections must be in accordance with local and National Electrical Code standards. If you are unfamiliar with proper electrical wiring connections obtain the services of a qualified electrician.
- Connect the white supply wire to the identified fixture wire using UL-listed wire nuts.
- Connect the black supply wire to the plain or black fixture wire using UL-listed wire nuts.
- Connect the bare or green ground wire from the supply to the bare or green fixture ground wire using UL-listed wire nuts.
- Secure the green ground screw to the bare or green ground wire from the supply.
- Once all electrical connections are complete, turn on the main power at the circuit breaker and test the lamp to ensure it is working properly.

CAUTION
Turn off the main power at the circuit breaker before installing the fixture,
in order to prevent possible shock.
