ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
HARLEY-DAVIDSON “AGGRESSOR” SERIES SOFTAIL M8 BREAKOUT FXBR FXBRS HEADLIGHT FAIRING 2018-2022
These parts are handmade of fiberglass come with a black gelcoat finish.
This coating is not final use coating and will need to be top-coated (such
as paint) for final use. Minor surface imperfections and scuffs are normal
and may happen during taking parts out of the mold and shipping. This is
allowable as the coating will need to be scuffed for final top-coat
preparation.

Check all clearances before, during and after Warning: check the fitment of all parts before painting!

Disconnect the plug from the front Carefully dismount the headlamp.

Unscrew 4 screws of the headlamp bracket. Put the fairing bracket under 4 screws and screw them back like shown on the figure below (You don’t need to remove the upper fork bracket from the motorcycle, on the figure it is removed for information only!).

. Mount the headlamp back; connect the wiring plug in to the headlamp. Adjust the headlight level at this stage.

Mount the fairing using one M6x16 screw and the washer in top position and two M6x16 with nuts and washers in lower positionsand the installation is complete.

After the installation test the lights and make a test drive to be sure everything is working perfectly.
NOTE:
- Installation of this kit requires detailed knowledge of the motorcycle model and mechanics. It is assumed that the installer has access to the proper tools and a working knowledge of them and factory service manuals.
- Before the painting the parts first you have to put those on the motorcycle and make sure that everything is adjusted and fits perfectly. Killer Custom will not be responsible for any fitment issues after paint.
