- If an extension cord is used:
- the marked electrical rating of the extension cord should be at least as great as the electrical rating of the product;

PARTS IDENTIFICATION
BEFORE FIRST USE
- Read all instructions and important safeguards.
- Carefully unpack the Fluffy Stuffed Waffle Maker and remove all packaging and materials.
- Clean the baking plates with a damp cloth or sponge.
CAUTION: Take care to prevent water from running into the appliance. NEVER IMMERSE THE HEATING BODY OF THE WAFFLE MAKER IN WATER OR ANY OTHER LIQUIDS.
HOW TO USE
-
Place the Fluffy Stuffed Waffle Maker on a flat, level and dry surface near an electrical outlet.
-
Preheat the appliance by closing the lid and plugging into an electrical outlet. Both red and green indicator light will illuminate, signaling that the unit is heating up.
-
Prepare your ingredients while the appliance is preheating.
-
When the green indicator light shuts off the unit is ready to cook.
-
Raise the lid using the handle. Use an oven mitt or pot holder to prevent accidental burns.
-
Spray the upper and lower cooking surfaces with a nonstick cooking spray or lightly coat with a small amount of vegetable oil.
-
Carefully pour batter into the center of the lower cooking surface. Pour enough batter to cover the bottom prongs.
-
Add toppings evenly, then pour 2nd layer of batter over the toppings to cover completely but not past the top of the expansion ring.
-
Close the lid using the handle and allow to cook for approximately six minutes.
NOTE: Cooking time will vary based on the recipe or brand of batter mix used. -
Once waffle is cooked to your preference, raise the lid using the handle. Remove the waffle using the included Expansion ring. Grab both handles of the ring, place waffle on a plate and gently pull ring handles apart to release the waffle.
-
If cooking more than one batch in a session, be sure to lower the lid in between batches to maintain the proper cooking temperature.
-
As soon as you are finished cooking, unplug appliance and allow to cool.
NOTE
- When your waffle maker is heated for the first time, it may emit slight smoke or odor. This is normal and does not affect the safety of your appliance. However, it may affect the flavor of the first set of waffles prepared in your waffle maker, and it is recommended to discard these.
- Oil helps protect the nonstick quality of the cooking surfaces.
- Batter should be filled to the top of the expansion ring or the top may not cook evenly. Room temperature or slightly cool toppings cook best. Do not use frozen ingredients.
- Do not use metal utensils, as they may scratch and damage the cooking surfaces.
CAUTION
- Steam may release from appliance during cooking. For your safety, avoid contact with steam as it is very hot and can cause burns.
- NEVER leave the unit unattended while operating.
HELPFUL TIPS
- For each use, it is recommended that you coat the cooking plates with a non-stick cooking spray or with a small amount of vegetable oil. This will help preserve the longevity of your appliance.
- Only use heat-resistant nylon, silicone or wooden utensils when operating this unit. Metal utensils can scratch or damage the non-stick cooking plates.
- For healthier waffles, substitute whole grain flour for white flour.
- To keep waffles crisp when reheating, always reheat in an oven instead of a microwave. Preheat oven to 200° F and bake on a baking sheet or wire rack.
- DO NOT over-mix batter. Batter should be slightly lumpy so that waffles will be light and fluffy when cooked.
- You can store batter in a tightly-sealed container and refrigerate. Refrigerated batter will remain fresh for up to two days. Because cold batter will thicken, you may need to add a little milk or water to the batter before cooking.
CLEANING & MAINTENANCE
Please take care of your FLUFFY STUFFED WAFFLE MAKER by following these simple cleaning directions.
- Disconnect appliance from the electrical outlet and allow to cool completely.
- Use a soft damp, warm & non-abrasive cloth to wipe down the upper & lower cooking plates and the exterior of the appliance.
- Thoroughly rinse the cloth and wipe again. Dry appliance with a clean, soft, dry & non-abrasive cloth.
- DO NOT put any parts in a dishwasher.
- NEVER immerse appliance or electrical cord in water.
CAUTION: Unplug from electric outlet and allow waffle maker to cool thoroughly before cleaning.
