Installation process
- Turn on computer
- Plug the USB receiver into a free USB port
- Turn on the Numpad
- The Numpad will be automatically detected by the PC. Plug and play
Charging the Numpad
- This Numpad is built-in a Li-ion recharging battery. Please fully charge the battery before using it.
- When the power is low, the indicator will flash.
- Charging time less than 2 hours.
Troubleshooting
Is your keyboard not working properly, or do you experience problems while
using it? Please follow the steps mentioned below.
Check if the keyboard is connected
Check if the keyboard has a power
Range of 10 meters
Restart your computer
Test the keyboard on another computer, if it is still not working contact
support (www.ahpoon.com)
