Operation

  • Secure the machine to a table or other hard and stable surface with bolts, nuts and washers.
  • If you want to grind grains, you should fit the machine with a suitable sieve and tray.
  • Close the loading opening. Place the sack on the discharge nozzle.
  • Plug the cable into an appropriate socket and allow the machine to run for one minute in idle speed without load.
  • Pour the grain into the tray gradually. Remove any foreign objects from grains before pouring.
  • Depending on the type of grain, select the appropriate sieve. Start the machine only after you have placed the grain for milling, close the lid and start the milling process in the working chamber. Depending on the grain and sieve diameter, its feeding should be regulated by the gate.
  • To change the grinding coarseness, change the sieve you are using.
  • Do not allow overfilling, as it can lead to the damage of the machine.
  • Switch off the machine only after you have processed all the grains poured into the tray, closed the gate and finished processing the grains in the work chamber.

Follow the steps below to start the grinding process:

  1. Check that the machine is switched off.
  2. Remove the rotor (3) and the sieve (4).
  3. Close the inlet valve (2).
  4.  Insert the tray (5) and insert the funnel.
  5. The machine is now ready to grind the materials.
Materials can be imported from the loading funnel (1) to be processed. For a better placement of the material in the funnel, use a push rod. When finished, switch off the machine and clean up any debris and accumulated dust.
