Troubleshooting

Error Solution
A connected end device will not charge. Check whether your end device

requires a charger with a special pin assignment and whether the charging current of the charger is sufficient. This information can be found in the manual for your end device, or you may contact the manufacturer’s customer service department.
The charger becomes extremely hot and switches off the charging process after a period of time| Your end device requires a higher charging current than the charger can provide. The charger automatically switches off the charging process to prevent damage to the charger
