Product Information
The CSV-1580 is a ThunderboltTM 4 portable 5-in-1 hub with Smart Power. It allows you to connect multiple devices to your host device through ThunderboltTM 4 or USB Type-C ports. It supports up to 40 Gbps data transfer speed and resolutions up to 8K30Hz or 4K120Hz. The hub comes with a CAC-1571 USB4TM Type-C Cable and a 100W DC Power Adapter.
Product Usage Instructions
- After unpacking the product, check all the items provided for any damages. In case of any missing/damaged parts, inform your supplier immediately.
- Update your drivers to support the resolutions/refresh rates. Make sure the USB Type-C or ThunderboltTM 4 Cable is capable of handling 40 Gbps to support 8K30Hz or 4K120Hz (in case you will not be using the included CAC-1571 cable).
- Use the CAC-1571 USB4TM Type-C Cable to connect the CSV-1580 to your host device (Windows10TM or above version supported ThunderboltTM 4 host/MacOSTM11 or above version supported ThunderboltTM 3 host).
- Use the Power Adapter to connect the CSV-1580 to a wall socket.
- Connect your devices to the CSV-1580 with cables that support the device specification to get the most out of the connection/data/video/power. Some devices may need a driver/firmware update to get the highest/best performance.
- If you want to connect a ThunderboltTM 4 PC/Laptop or ThunderboltTM 3 Mac, use a USB-C to C cable. If you want to connect a USB-A Gen2 10Gbps device, use a USB-A to C cable.

The USB Type-C or Thunderbolt™ 4 Cable is capable of handling 40 Gbps to
support 8K30Hz or 4K120Hz (in case you will not be using the included CAC-1571
