Safety Notice

To avoid harm to yourself and others, please follow the safety precautions below:

• Use this product with a suitable power socket. If you find that the power cord is not compatible with your socket, please have a professional electrician install a suitable socket for you. Do not attempt to modify the plug itself in any way.
• This air purifier uses AC 220-240V, 50-60Hz power supply. If the voltage fluctuation range is large (over the range of 187 ~242V), it may cause the machine to fail to start, and the control board and motor may malfunction or be damaged.
• Do not use the power cord or plug when damaged. Please replace it at a designated repair point by the manufacturer.
• Do not pull out the plug by pulling the power cord. Please grasp the plug and pull it out directly from the plug.
• If it is not used for a long time, it must be unplugged to avoid electric shock and other accidents.
• The power cord should be firmly in contact with the socket to prevent fire.
• When moving the machine away from the wall, please be careful not to roll over or damage the power cord.
• Do not unplug the power plug of the machine when there is a leakage of flammable gas such as gas to prevent danger.
• When cleaning, repairing, or replacing the filter, please unplug the power plug to prevent electric shock.
• Do not place any objects on the top of the machine to avoid blocking the air inlet.
• This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety.
• Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.
• This appliance contains a UV-C emitter. Do not stare at the light source.
• Unintended use of the appliance or damage to the housing may result in the escape of dangerous UV-C radiation. UV-C radiation may, even in little doses, cause harm to the eyes and skin.
• Appliances that are obviously damaged must not be operated.
• The Lamp of this appliance is not replaceable; when the light source reaches its end of life, the whole appliance shall be replaced.

Product and accessories

Warning
To prevent hazardous situations or property damage, always follow the regulations and instructions as below. The following classifications mark and describe various dangerous situations that may occur if the product is being misused.

• Prohibit Disassembling.
  In order to avoid damage or harm, disassembling or modifying by non professional technician are prohibited.

• Check the plug of the power cord regularly
  Dust on plug will cause poor insulation due to dampness. Pull out the power plug regularly wipe it with dry cloth, pull it out if not in use.

• Do not block the vents.
  Electric shock or damage due to contact with internal parts dangerous

• When cleaning the machine, please unplug the power cord. Or it may cause injury or electric shock.

• Do not use other AC power sources
  It might damage or harm the product.

• Ensure that the power plug is securely inserted into the socket.
  Do not use a damaged plug or a loose socket, as it may cause overheat or fire.

• Do not touch the power plug when the hands are wet.

• It may lead electric shock .

• Do not contact with water or any liquid.

• Or it may cause short circuit and electric shock.

Notice items

• It is forbidden to use in bathroom or other high humidity environment.  Otherwise it will easily cause electricity leakage, electric shock, fire and other hazards.
• It is forbidden to use pesticide spray when the machine is running.  After using pesticide spray, let indoor air circulate sufficiently first. Otherwise, it will accumulate pesticide ingredients inside the machine, which is harmful to human health.
• It is forbidden to wipe with alcohol or organic solvent.  Otherwise it will damage the product or cause electric shock, fire, etc.
• Do not contact with flammable substances or sources of fire.etc.
• It is forbidden to use in kitchen or other environment with lampblack. Otherwise, it will damage the machine, also thi product cant not be used as extractor fan.
• Pay attention to the ventilation when using the burner Machine can not filter out carbon monoxide, otherwise it will lead to poisoning.
• Unplug the power supply by holding the plug Otherwise it will damage the power cord, or cause fire, electric shock and other dangers due to short circuit.
• Close the doors and windows in order to purify the air effectively and quickly.

Notice If any of the following situations occur, immediately disconnect the power:

• Any switch is not functioning.
• Power short circuit.
• If the power cord or plug is abnormally hot.
• If there is a burning smell or abnormal noise and vibration.
• If there are any other abnormal phenomena or malfunctions.

Note: Please replace the wire by a professional technician from the manufacturer or Repair and Maintenance Department if it is damaged.

Manipulation Presentation

Switch On
After connecting to WiFi, click the “ON/OFF” button on the app or press the power button on the machine to switch it on. Once the machine is switched on, the display screen will show the following information:

Automatic purification
Pressing the “AUTO” button will activate the automatic mode, where the speed is automatically adjusted according to the PM2.5 level. The specific correspondence is as follows:

Sleep mode
Pressing the “SLEEP” button on the mobile app or the touch screen. To switch off the sleep mode, press any key, or touch the screen.

Timer

1. Setting the working time of the purifier (1 H-12H) and deactivating the circulation mode.
2. To check the accumulated working time of the filter, press and hold this button for 3 seconds to clear the accumulated working time.

Child lock function

1. To activate the child lock function, press the “CHILD LOCK” button on the mobile app or touch screen. Long press the button for 5 seconds to turn off the child lock function.
2. To check the accumulated working time of the filter, press and hold this button for 5 seconds in the unlocked state. The accumulated working time of the filter will be displayed in the PM2.5 digital area, showing four digits that in motion display.

To activate the negative ion function

1. Pressing the “IONIZER” button on the mobile app or the touch screen will switch on/off the negative ion function.
2. Long press the button for 5 seconds to activate the WiFi configuration.

Instructions

Speed regulation
Press the “SPEED” button on the mobile app or the touch screen, and manually adjust the airflow by selecting speed 1-5. The automatic mode can be deactivated to enter manual mode and clear the maximum speed selection.

Maximum speed mode
Touch the “FASTEST” button on the touch screen to adjust the airflow to the maximum (6-speed operation). The automatic mode can be deactivated to manual mode.

Activate UV sterilization function

1. Press the “STERILIZE” button on the mobile app or touch screen to switch on/off the UV light function.
2. When the filter replacement indicator is on, press and hold the “STERILIZE” button for 3 seconds to clear the accumulated working time of the filter.

Filter
When the filter is working properly, the filter indicator light goes out. If the filter indicator light is constantly on, it means that the filter needs to be replaced.

To check the accumulated working time of the filter, press and hold the “CHILD LOCK” button for 5 seconds in the unlocked state. The accumulated working time of the filter will be displayed in the PM2.5 digital area, showing four digits that in motion display.

To replace the filter, follow these steps:

1. 0pen the front cover.
2. llnstall the HEPA filter.
3. lnstall the Modified Activated Carbon Honey Filter and the Washable Pre Filter.
4. lnstall the front cover to complete the replacement.
   After replacing the filter, long press the “Sterilize” key and extinguish the indicator

Usage guidance

Five stages to freshen the air

First stage

Washable pre filter

Effectively filter out large particles such as hair and pet dander and replace it every month to ensure the cleanliness and efficiency of other filters.

Second stage

Modified Activated Carbon Honey Filter

A beehive grid design with a thickness of up to 10mm and containing 500g of modified activated nano-carbon crystals can effectively filter VOCs (volatile organic compounds), and harmful chemical gases such as toluene, formaldehyde, ammonia etc.

Third stage

HEPA H13 grade particulate filter

The HEPA H13 filter layer with a thickness of 28mm can filter up to 99.97% suspended particles as small as 0.01 microns, including PM2.5, dust, smoke, pollen, dust mites, mold spores, animal dander, bacteria, viruses and other pollutants.

Fourth stage

UVC 253.7nm deep ultraviolet sterilization

The machine is equipped with 12V 253.7nm UVC LED, which uses UVC light to sterilize. The sterilization rate upto 99.9%, which can quickly sterilizes bacteria, viruses, and spores etc.

Fifth stage

Negative air ion generator

30 million negative air ions are continuously produced every second, completely removing the remaining ultra-small particles and harmful substances, effectively neutralizing the positive ions, reducing the harm of excessive active oxygen to the human body, and freshening the air.

Washable pre filter
Effectively filter out large particles such as hair and pet dander and replace it every month to ensure the cleanliness and efficiency of other filters.

Cleaning

In order to maintain the machine at the optimized performance, we recommend to clean the machine regularly.

Main Unit cleaning
To ensure smooth ventilation, clean the machine body and air inlets/outlets regularly. Use a soft, dry cloth to remove dirt.
Do not spray water or volatile substances such as cleaning agents, gasoline, or diluents.

Maintenance of the Nano High Efficiency Filter.
Depending on the area and operating time, the Nano High Efficiency Filter needs to be replaced periodically.
According to the “maintenance cycle,” remove the air outlet baffle and replace a new Nano High Efficiency Filter. After replacing, put the baffle back in place.

Long-term storage.
Please switch off the machine, unplug the power plug, and coil the power cord.

• Clean all parts, air inlets/outlets, and the machine body.
• Put the Nano High Efficiency Filter into a suitable plastic bag and seal it. Then put it inside the machine.
• Cover the machine with a dust cover or put it in the original packaging box and place it in a cool and dry place.

Maintenance

Main unit: Please use a damp and soft cloth dipped in a small amount of water containing detergent to wipe the surface of the machine regularly. Use a brush to clean the air inlet and outlet.

Sensor cleaning: Clean the lens and sensor surface with a wet cotton swab regularly, and clean the residual water stain on the sensor with a dry cotton swab.

Filter cleaning: The air purifier needs to clean and maintain its filter regularly to make the best use.If the environment where the product is used is heavily polluted,
please replace the new filter set as soon as possible.

• Washable Pre-Filter : About 1 month                                          Can be washed with water
• Modified Activated Carbon Honey Filter: About 3 months    Exposed to sunlight for 1 to 3 hours
• HEPA Filter: About 3 months                                                       Can be only cleaned by vacuum cleaner

The built-in program reminds that the filter needs to be replaced, and the filter can be purchased at an authorized dealer

Malfunction checking

When the following happens, please confirm the following items before repairing.

cord is disconnected from the socket.

2. Whether the power cord is detached from the purifier.

3. Whether the front panel is covered properly

During running, the air quality indicator always shows as ‘purple’ or PM2.5, a high value.

1. Sensors may be affected by water vapor, soot, spray etc. Move the air purifier to another clean environment for testing.

2. Remove the sensor cover and wipe the sensor lens with a clean soft cloth.

Odor is difficult to eliminate.

Check whether the filters has failed or the odor is released by adsorbing pollutants.

Particle in air is hard to eliminate or getting nosier during operation.

1. Check whether the HEPA filter has failed,

2. Clean the HEPA filter and pre filter with a vacuum cleaner.If not improved, please replace it with a new HEPA filter.

Indoor air is polluted, but the air purifier has no reaction.

1. The position of the machine may be unreasonable, which makes it difficult for the machine to proceed air pollutants.

2. Change the placement of the machine, or choose manual operation mode, and adjust the wind speed to fastest setting.

Terms and Conditions

SAVEWO Distribution Limited ( “The Company” ) offers 12 months warranty service for the product from the date of purchase. Repair and maintenance of the product beyond the stated warranty period will be charged.

1. The Company shall not be liable for any direct or indirect loss or damage to any person or property, howsoever caused arising from improper use, or any stoppage, breakdown or failure of the product.
2. Customer is responsible for delivering the product to our service centres or designated locations, and to pick up the repaired product from the same location when warranty service is required.
3. The company will offer customers maintenance service for free under normal use for the applicable period (excluding any surface, cabinet, consumptive parts, accessories and consumables).
4. Warranty service does not cover the following items. Additional charges shall be levied if services are required.
   • The product has been explicitly or implicitly modified, tampered with, altered or repaired in any way by non-authorized person.
   • The product has been damaged through misuse, negligence, neglect of care after use, power interruption or abnormal voltage input, accident, natural calamities, or due to ingress of insects, foreign matter or liquid, corrosion, normal wear and tear or external factors.
   • The product has been damaged due to use contrary to that indicated in the instruction manual.
