CAUTION lf the temperature of the Power bank exceeds a certain threshold, the battery level indicator will turn off. Please use it after it has cooled down.
Product Notes
- Magnetic wireless citrating is not compatible with non-Mag Safe cases.
- Do not charge the Power bank with an input power less than 5V- 1A(5W).
- High temperature restricts the output power and slows down the charging speed, which is normal for all wireless chargers. It is recommended to charge your device at temperatures between 5-35°C.
- The charging speed of your device on the wireless charger will be affected by its positioning. The further away from the centre of the wireless charger, the slower the charging speed.
Important safety instructions
Improper use may result in battery malfunction, overheating, or even incidents such as fire or explosion.
Please follow the precautionary instructions provided below:
- The product should be stored In a cool, dry place.
- Do not expose the product to high temperatures or humid environments
- The use of a power source or charger not recommended or sold by the manufacturer of this product may result in a risk of personal injury.
- The operating temperature should be between 5-35°C .
- Do not disassemble the product. When repair is needed, please hand it over to qualified technicians. Improper reassemble may result in fire or personal injury.
- If not used long-term, charge and discharge the device once every three months.
- This product ls not a toy. Please keep lt out of reach of children and refrain from allowing them to play with or use it to prevent accidents.
- Some heat may be generated during the charging process, which is a normal occurrence.
- Under normal conditions, the performance of the battery will gradually degrade over the course of several years.
- Do not place this product in a high temperature environment or in a fire.
- Do not use harmful chemicals or detergents to clean this product.
- Do not disassemble, puncture, or crash this product. Improper use, bumps or excessive force may cause a short circuit or damage to the product.
- When disposing of used batteries, please separate batteries of different electrochemical systems.
- Please note that a discharging battery may cause fire or smoke.
Please apply adhesive tape to both the positive and negative terminals for insulation purposes.
Warranty Terms & Conditions

The Warranty Service is only applicable to products purchased on the official website of Save wo or through authorized dealers.

Customers are required to present the official purchase invoice issued by Savewo Distribution Limited or authorized dealers to the technician for verification when service is required. Otherwise, the service will be subject to charges.
(Please refer to Terms and Conditions for details). -
In case of any dispute, the decision of Savewo Distribution Limited shall be final.
Terms and Conditions
Savewo Distribution Limited (“The Company”) provides a warranty period of 12 months from the date of purchase. Repair and maintenance services beyond the warranty period will be subject to charges.

“The Company~ shall not be liable for any direct or indirect loss or damage to any person or property, howsoever caused arising from improper use, or any stoppage, breakdown or failure of the product.

Customers are responsible to deliver the product to our service centers or designated stores, and to pick up the repaired product from the same location.

For any defect which ln our Judgment Is caused under normal use, “The Company” will repair or replace the defective parts, free of charge within the warranty period (excluding any surface, cabinet, consumptive parts, accessories and consumable).

Warranty service does not cover the following items. Additional charges shall be levied lf services are required.
( a ) The product has been modified, tempered with, altered or repaired in any way by unauthorized persons.
( b ) The product has been damaged through misuse, negligence, neglect of care after use, power interruption or abnormal voltage Input, accident, natural calamities, or due to ingress of insects, foreign matters or liquid, corrosion, normal wear and tear or external factors.
( c ) The product has been damaged due to use contrary to the instructions in this manual. -
All terms stated are subject to change without notice. In case of any dispute, the decision of Savewo Distribution Limited shall be final.
In order to ensure that you can fully understand and use this product correctly, please read this manual carefully, and it is recommended to keep this manual properly for reference when needed.
