Q&A
Question 1:
My car is compatible with the device, but unable to start?
The performance of the jump starter depends on may external factors, such as
the age of the engine, weather conditions and remaining power eel. It you
encounter being unable to start your car engine, we recommend you fully charge
the device, clear off any dust or dirt from the electrodes of the car battery,
and then try again. But remember to allow the device to cool for at least 60
seconds after each attempt. Don’t make repeated attempts to start your
vehicle.
Question 2:
Why is there a red light blinking with a beep sound from the jumper
cables?
The jump starter has a built-in buzzer that will ring when a reverse polarity,
over-temperature, over-circuit, and other improper connections are detected.
Disconnect the jump starter if the buzzer rings and connect a gain after the
issue is resolved.
Question 3:
Why is the battery percentage dropping rapidly when upon receiving the jump
starter?
The jump starter is stored at Amazon’s warehouse for some time before it is
delivered to you. Therefore, the battery might be much discharged and it might
drop rapidly to the actual value the first time you power the jump starter on.
It is recommended to give the jump starter a full recharge after you receive
it.
|
- DO NOT start any engines that exceed the maximum displacement the jump starter can bear.
- DO NOT crank the engine for more than 3 seconds.
- Allow the jump starter to cool down for at least 1 minute between each start attempt.
- Please ensure the device is at least 50% charged before use.
