Disassembly of shaft seal
Necessary tools: hexagon, Phillips, flat head screwdriver, box wrench, universal pliers
- Step1: use hexagon wrench to take out the screw of suction base
- Step2: take out the suction base
- Step3: use Phillips screwdriver to take out the screw of fan cover,and take out the fan cover
- Step4: use flat head screwdriver to take out the fan And take out the fan
- Step5: use universal pliers to grip the end of motor spindle
- Step6: grasp the universal pliers, use box wrench to take out the lock nut
- Step7: take out the sleeve
- Step8: take out the impeller
- Step9: take out the chamber
- Step10: take out the sleeve
- Step11: take out the chamber
- Step12: take out the spring
- Step13: take out the O-ring, rotation of the ring, fixed ring,Disassembly complete

- Step1: put the fixed ring, rotation of the ring, O-ring in it
- Step2: put the spring in it
- Step3: put the chamber in it
- Step4: put the impeller in it and put the sleeve
- Step5: put the chamber in it
- Step6: put the impeller in it
- Step7: put the sleeve in it
- Step8: use universal pliers to grip the end of motor spindle
- Step9: put the lock nut in it, grasp the universal pliers, use box wrench lock the lock nut
- Step10: use hammer to beat the fan in it
- Step11: use Phillips screwdriver to lock the screw of fan cover
- Step12: use hexagon wrench to lock the suction base Assembly complete
