JFA REDLINE Long Control Distance
PRESENTATION
The REDLINE JFA control allows you to control the main functions of the “player” such as changing music and folder, volume, play, pause, and power.
OPERATION
Transmitting Unit: Whenever a key is pressed, an RF (radio frequency) signal will be transmitted to the receiving unit. Receiving Unit: the “led action” will light up indicating the presence of the received signal, and controls the player through the P2 plug of the W / R interface of the PIONEER brand models that have this input and PLAYERS with the resistive interface.
IMPORTANT NOTES
- To avoid interference, install the receiver unit at least 1 meter away from the control panel or electronic injection module.
- For greater reach, keep the antenna stretched and in a location that is visual and away from the car body.
- Check the light intensity on the transmitting unit’s led. If it is weak or does not light, replace the battery. For greater range, install the equipment in a location where the antenna is free and as exposed as possible, the distance achieved is 1200 meters in an open area (targeted).
BASIC INDICATIONS AND COMMANDS
Transmitting Unit:
- Controls volume;
- Change of music;
- Change of folder (There are multimedia that do not learn this function);
- Play / Pause;
- Power / Function (changes to aux, cd, usb, radio, etc.);
- Indicative led.
Receiving Unit:
- RF receiver antenna;
- Led action, reception indicator;
- Memory mode button;
- 12v power supply (black white stripe) and GND (black);
- Connector for W / R interface for Pioneer models;
- Resistive interface cable for Players with this technology;
NOTE: Isolate the tip of the P2 connector when not used
CONTROL CODING
To code a control, follow these steps:
- Press the “M” key on the receiver (indication 09). The ACTION led (Indication 08) will be permanently on;
- Press the (+) key on the controller (indication 01). Check that the ACTION led (indication 08) will flash 1 time, indicating that the control has been coded with the REDLINE receiver.
- After completing this process, the ACTION-led (Indication 08) will go out immediately.
IMPORTANT NOTE
The control panel will not work if the control coding procedure is not carried
out.
