BEFORE INSTALLATION
Choose an installation location free of physical obstructions behind or within the wall.
Working near electrical equipment and wires poses an electrocution hazard. Turn off nearby electrical circuits from the breaker. Use a non-contact voltage tester to confirm that the installation location is free of live electrical wires and equipment prior to cutting or drilling into the wall. Contact a qualified electrician before making any modifications to electrical wiring.
Determine the potential hazards of working with hand or power tools and take the appropriate safetyprecautions. Use personal protective equipment (PPE) as appropriate, including, but not limited to: vision, hearing, and respiratory protection.
Consult local building and/or electrical codes prior to installation of
speakers, cabling, or electrical equipment.

Screw Backboard to Wal
Assemble and screw backboard to wall with 8 2-7/8” headlocks C provided as
part of edge mounting pack.
Use shim pack D as needed if wall is not flat.

Install PrMMB
Align and level the PrMMB templates F with top and side of the backboard.
NOTE: Do not align template with top of TV

PrMMB Template
Align the PrMMB bracket G level with the templates F and mark pilot holes.

Drill Pilot Holes
- 3/32” bit for wood screws into stud
- 1/2” bit for flip toggles into dry wall
Remove brackets G and drill pilot holes at mark locations for wood screws or
flip toggles.

Attach Bracket to Wall
If mounting into a stud use 2 wood screws I and 2 bonded washers H on each bracket G
If mounting into drywall, use 2 flip toggles J for each bracket G (see flip toggle instructions below in fig. 6). Then, fasten brackets G to wall by screwing trusshead screws K with bonded washers H into flip toggles J .

Flip Toggle Instructions
Follow instructions here to insert flip toggles J .

Setting Speaker Depth
Adjust the pre-installed mounting bolts and T-bars on the back of speakers
so speakers are approximately 1/8” off wall.

Install Speakers
Mount the speakers to the wall by setting the mounting bolts on the back of
your speakers into the top notch of the PrMMB brackets.

Attach TV Uprights
Lay the TV face down on a clean, padded surface. Attach TV mount with
uprights (included with TV mount) to your TV’s VESA mounting holes. Follow the
TV mount manufacturer’s instructions and use the hardware supplied with the
mount.

Mark the Template
Latch the TV mount wall plate to the TV mount uprights as if it were hung on
the wall. Position the display mount installation template B with the
lipheld tightly against the top edge of the TV. Mark a line on the template at
the top edge of the TV mount wall plate. Set the template aside.

Position the Wall Plate
Hold the display mount installation template B with the top edge flush
with the top edge of the back board.The line marked on the template (from
fig.10) indicates where the top edge of the TV mount wall plate should fall
when installed. Place a mark on the wall at this location.

Install TV Mount Wall Plate
Install the TV mount wall plate to the wall with the top edge aligned with the
mark from Fig. 11. Follow all TV mount manufacturer’s installation
instructions, using the mounting hardware provided with the TV mount.

Install Display Mount
Following manufacturer’s specifications, insall your display mount to the TV
mount wall plate.

Attach Display to Mount
Attach the display to the mount. Ensure that the display is center with the backboard.
Speakers may need to be removed from PrMMB brackets G in order to hang the
display.

Align the Trim
Align the binding posts on the top and bottom trim pieces with the
corresponding holes in the backboard. Embedded magnets in the tops and bottoms
of the speakers will register with the embedded magnets in the trim pieces.

Make Trim Connection
For typical trim connections install the 8 binding screws A into the speakers
as shown.

Install Grilles
Magnetically attach the grilles to the speakers.
NOTE: versions with linear bar grilles come with the linear bar grilles
preinstalled.
