Product Information
The XO-9771 is a power bank with a wireless charging surface that can charge 10W and 5W devices. It has LED indicators, a flashlight, and a solar panel. The product also includes a 10000 mAh fast wireless power bank, a USB to Type C charging cable, and an instruction manual. The power bank has a Type-C input and a USB A output.
Safety Precautions
- Do not use the device if damaged or malfunctioning to avoid explosion or risk of injury.

- Remove any attachments on the back of your phone before charging on this device. Attachments can impede the effectiveness of the wireless charger and lead to overheating.
Usage Instructions
- Charging the Powerbank:
- Connect the Type-C input on the power bank to a power source using the USB to Type-C charging cable.
- The LED indicators will show the charging progress. A solid blue LED indicates that the power bank is fully charged.
- Charging Mobile Phones and Other Devices:
- Place your phone or device with wireless charging capability on the wireless charging surface of the power bank.
- The LED indicators will show the charging progress. A solid blue LED indicates that your device is fully charged.

LED Indicators:
- ON/OFF Button: Press once to view the remaining power capacity.
- There is a total of 5 LED indicators, starting from left to right with the first three LEDs showing remaining capacity (30%-65%-100%). The remaining 4th and 5th LEDs show the wireless charging for 10W and 5W devices.
INSTRUCTIONS
- Charging the Powerbank:
- Charge the powerbank fully before usage.
- Connect the provided charging cable to a quick charge AC adapter and to the Type-C charging port on the powerbank(6).
- Once connected the LED Indicator will begin to flash blue when charging, once fully charged LED will turn solid BLUE.
- Charging mobile phones and other electronic devices:
- Connect the charging cable to your mobile phone/device using the appropriate connector. Connect the USB port of the cable to USB A Output(7) or Type C tip into the Type C input (6). The LED indicator will illuminate when charging.
- Remove the USB cable from your mobile device when it is fully charged.
- Wireless Charging Function:
- To turn on the wireless charging function, Press the ON/OFF button(5), the 5th LED indicator will glow RED, then 4th one glows GREEN.
- Place wireless charging supported mobile device on the charging surface(1). If the device supports 5W, LED indicator displays RED; If the device supports 10W, LED indicator displays GREEN.
- Phone will begin to charge automatically.
- Note: When wireless charging, if the LED indicator flashes RED, there is an object between the device and charging surface interfering with the charging process.
- Activate Flashlight Function(3):
- To activate the flashlight press and hold the ON/OFF button until the light turns ON.
- Press and hold to turn OFF the light.
- Charging with the Solar Panel:
- Place power bank in bright/consistent sunlight.
- Power bank will begin to charge once exposed to the sunlight.

- The unit’s full performance is achieved only after 2 or 3 completed charge and discharge cycles.

- Do not use the device in excess of its output rating. Overload outputs above rating may result in a risk of fire or injury.
- Do not use the device if damaged or modified.
- Damaged or modified batteries may exhibit unpredictable behavior resulting in fire, explosion or risk of injury.
- Do not disassemble the device. Take it to a qualified service person when service or repair is required. Incorrect reassembly may result in a risk of fire or injury.

- Attachments on the back of your phone can impede the effectiveness of the wireless charger, and lead to overheating. You must remove attachments from the phone before charging on this device.
- Note: In order to charge devices, use only the accessory cable or the cable included with your own device by the manufacturer.
