TCL HH63AF Router - PARTS

1. Power indicator| • On: The device is powered on.
• Off: The device is powered off.

2. Network indicator| • Blinking green: The device is registered to 3G network.
• Blinking blue: The device is registered to 4G network.
• Solid green: The device is connected to 3G network.
• Solid blue: The device is connected to 4G network.
• Solid red: Nano SIM card is not available or the device is not registered to the network.
3. Wi-Fi/WPS indicator| • Blinking blue: WPS connection is available.
• Solid blue: Wi-Fi is enabled.
• Off: Wi-Fi is disabled.
4. LAN/WAN indicator| • On: the WAN or LAN port is connected.
• Off: the WAN or LAN port is not connected.
5. Signal indicator| • 1 bar: weak signal strength.
• 2 bars: good signal strength.
• 3 bars: excellent signal strength.
• Off: no signal.
6. Reset button| Use a paperclip to press the button for 3 seconds to reset the device.
7. Nano SIM card slot| Insert a Nano SIM card in the slot.
8. WPS button| Press the button for 3 seconds to enable the WPS function. The WPS function will be automatically disabled if a WPS connection is not established within 2 minutes.
9. Power button| • Press for 3 seconds to power off your device.
• Press for 1 second to power on your device.
10. Telephone port
(Optional)| Connect to a telephone to make or answer calls.
11. LAN/WAN port| Used to connect to an internet source or wired devices such as computers or switches.
12. LAN port| Used to connect to wired devices such as computers or switches.
13. Power connector| Used to connect to the power adapter.

Do not remove the Nano SIM card when your CPE is in use.

The TEL port/telephone function is optional depending on the device you purchase.

TCL HH63AF Router - function

  • To establish a wired network connection, connect the wired device to the LAN port of your CPE using an Ethernet cable.
  • To establish a wireless network connection, search for the Wi-Fi name on your wireless devices. The Wi-Fi name (or the SSID) and the Wi-Fi key can be found on the bottom label of your CPE.
  • To configure the CPE Wi-Fi network, open a web browser on the device connected to the CPE network wiredly or wirelessly, then go to the login website which is printed on the bottom label of your CPE and follow the on-screen  instructions.
    Note: For the default login information, refer to the bottom label of your CPE.

Safety and use

Power adapter
Only charge with an adapter that is compliant with the applicable international and regional safety standards. The adapter shall be CE-approved. Using other adapters could cause damage to the device or pose a risk of injury or death.  Keep the adapter in a well-ventilated area when it is plugged into an electrical outlet. Don’t use damaged power adapters.

Operating environment

Your device is designed to work best in ambient temperatures between 0 °C and 45 °C (32 °F and 113 °F), and should be stored in ambient temperatures between –10 °C and 70 °C (14 °F and 158 °F). Your device may malfunction if operated or stored outside of these temperature ranges. Avoid exposing the device to dramatic changes in temperature or humidity.
