SWARN JAL Aquasense Indicator with Dual Alarm

AQUASENSE:

This product provides a wired solution to user for alarming user before Overflow and Empty water tank with 4 Water Levels. If water tank is full, Device Alarms the user to switch off the Water Pump. Also, Device alarms the user if Water tanks reaches the Reserve water level so that User can use the remaining water Cautiously or Switch on t he pump to avoid Empty tank Situations.
Salient features of the Device are.

  1. Overflow Alarm that shut offs Automatically after 4S Seconds.

  2. Reserve water Alarm that Warns user for Low water level in the tank.

  3. No need of CatS/6 Cable : Only single pair Cable required for Connecting Sensor hub and Main Device.

  4. Shock Proof ; Device runs on 2 AA batteries that last over an year for a typical use.

  5. TOUCH FOR LEVEL If user touches the button for short time, Instant water level Is displayed to the user for better Level indication.
    RED – Level 1 (RESERVE),
    BLUE-Level 3,
    YELLOW- Level 2,
    GREEN – Level 4 (FULL)

  6.  Wire Breakage Indication : VIOLET LED will be shown that wire is broken so that proper action can be taken.

  7.  Device Malfunction Warning Device will show WHITE Light If there is some issue in Device. Also, if wires are connected in wrong way then indicator will Continuously blink RED light at all levels.

  8.  Low Battery Warning: Device gives short beeps at 2 Hours Interval when battery is about to drain.

  9. Intelligent Operation makes device free from false alarms, it takes S Seconds of stabilization to Avoid false alarms.

How to Test the Device?

Open the Box and User will see 2 Units (Main Unlit and Sensor Hub) connected using a copper wire.
These 2 wires are joint together, You need to touch these wires as extension wire needs to be attached for Installation purpose but before installation we can check the working of device with following steps:
Short Touch means less than 2 seconds touch. Long Touch means 2 seconds touch or more.
INSERT BATTERIES : User needs to insert 2 AA batteries (Preferred Alkaline Batteries like Duracell, Energizer, GP Line etc.) in the back side of Main unit. This will start the unit with a Green, Red & Blue Blink in the Indicator.

Untangle All the sensors: Separate all the sensors from each other and take a plastic glass (not steel) of
water for testing.

DIP SENSORS in the Water: Dip the Red and Yellow sensor in the water and wait for 5 Seconds, this will
indicate Yellow color in the indicator,
Now dip the BLUE sensor with previous ones and wait for 5 Seconds, this will indicate Blue color in the indicator.
Now dip the GREEN sensor with previous ones and wait for 5 Seconds, this will indicate GREEN color in
the indicator and give a loud Alarm for 45 seconds. Short Touch the Round button just below the indicator and Alarm will go OFF. After 45 seconds alarm will go off automatically.
Now remove BLUE and GREEN wire and wait for 5 seconds until Yellow color is not shown in the indicator.
Remove the Yellow wire and wait for 5 Seconds. This will Give RED color and 20 Loud Beeps that indicates that water in the tank has reached Reserve Level. Short touch to shut off the beeps.

SHORT TOUCH: Current Level will be prompted to the user on short touching the Switch.

LONG TOUCH: Device will switch off and switch on if user long touches the switch. Device will give a short Beep Sound and Red light in indicator for Switch OFF and Short beep followed by Green, Red & Blue blink for Switch ON.

INSTALLATION GUIDE

Device has very simple procedure for installation. In the box you will find Main unit and a sensor hub. Sensor Hub/Transmitter has Four sensor wires:

  1. RED Wire: This is common wire and goes to the base.
  2. YELLOW Wire: This is reserve level Wire and should be just above Reserve water level in the tank (Approximate 30% of full Capaci ty).
  3. BLUE Wire: This is Level 3 .. Wire and should be at Approximate 60% of full Capacity.
  4. Green Wire: Full Water tank wire that should be just below the overflow pipe. Cut these wires as per the lengths mentioned above with respect to the tank and re-attach the Sensor Wires. Device won’t work properly if these copper wires are not attached properly.

Now Fix the sensor Hub on the inner roof of the tank with Double sided tape. This is Professional
double-sided tape and doesn’t loose wit ho time. Make Sure that Tank Roof is properly cleaned
Before Affixing the Hub.
Connect the transmission wires with the extension wire considering the polarity (The same colored wires should be attached with their same colored w ire to the main unit) If transmission wires are not **connected properly then device will only Red Colo, irrespective of the Level in Water Tank.

Now Attach the main unit to transmission wires, ,again taking care of the polarity (Not Connecting Wrong wire to each other) and insert the 2 AA batteries into the unit (Alkaline like Duracell, Energizer etc. Batteries Preferred). The device will start with a Green, Red & Blue Bl inking LED.
Indicator LED will take nearly s-10 seconds to Initiate the operation.
After that it will show respective COLOR (RED, YELLOW/AMBER, BLUE, GREEN).
Device has a touch button just below the indicator that has following Working:
Short Touch {less than 2 seconds) -Shut off the buzzer.
Long Touch (2 seconds) -ON/OFF the device.
