Warranty
The CareCo Evolution Wheelchair comes with a comprehensive twelve-month warranty from the date of delivery. The warranty covers the wheelchair for repairs or replacement during this period. For more information, please refer to the warranty conditions provided by the manufacturer. There is a comprehensive twelve-month warranty from the date on which your new wheelchair is delivered. The warranty covers the wheelchair for repairs or replacement during this period. For more detail, please see the following warranty conditions
- Any work or replacement part installation must be carried out by an authorised CareCo dealer / service agent.
- To apply the warranty should your wheelchair require attention please contact CareCo.
- Should any part of the wheelchair require repair or full or part replacement, as a result of a manufacturing or material defect within the warranty period, parts will be supplied free of charge. Note: The guarantee is not transferable.
- Any repaired or replaced parts will be covered by the balance of the warranty period on the wheelchair.
- Parts replaced after the original warranty has expired will be covered by a three-month warranty.
- Consumable items supplied will not generally be covered during the normal warranty period unless such items require repair or replacement clearly as a direct result of a manufacturing or material defect. Such items include (among others): upholstery and tyres.
- Under normal circumstances, no responsibility will be accepted where the wheelchair has required assistance as a direct result of:
- a. the wheelchair part not having been maintained in accordance with the manufacturers recommendations
- b. failure to use the manufacturer’s specified parts
- c. the wheelchair or part having been damaged due to neglect, accident or improper use
- d. the wheelchair or part having been altered from the manufacturer’s specification or repairs having been attempted before the dealer is notified
Product Usage Instructions
Set up upon arrival
Follow the steps below to set up the CareCo Evolution Wheelchair upon arrival:

Step 1
Lift up the backrest until you hear the click sound from the backrest lock. -
Step 2
Push both of the seat frames from the top. Make sure not to leave your fingers in between the seat and armrest to prevent injury.
WARNING Do not leave your fingers in between seat and armrest to prevent unnecessary injury. -
Step 3
To install the detachable large wheel, press the button in the center of the large wheel, and push it into the Pin-Socket. To take it out, reverse the process. -
Step 4
If you plan to wash the seat and backrest cover by washing machine, kindly put them into the protection net before doing so. -
Step 5
Insert the footrests sideways as shown in the photo below. -
Step 6
Grab the lock handlebar and flip the direction to be aligned with the armrest direction. -
Step 7
Loosen up the nuts to adjust the length of the footrest.
