- Check the machine carefully and never operate the machine with any potential safety hazards!
Before Operation
- When the sweeper is connected to the power source, the oil circuit should be disconnected to check whether all controls are normal;
- Operate in a safe area;
- Ensure that the sweeper is firmly installed;
- Ensure that all hydraulic connectors and hydraulic devices are firmly connected;
- Replace vulnerable devices and hoses;
- Determine the pressure of the power source. If the pressure does not meet the requirements, it will affect the working performance of the sweeper;
- Remove all objects that may be damaged by flying debris in the cleaning area;
- Ensure that the sweeper performs reverse sweeping when clearing and unloading the swept objects;
- Always wear appropriate clothes, such as long sleeved shirts with tight cuffs; Wear protective glasses or masks and dust masks.
During Operation
- During operation, adhere to all government rules and regulations, local laws and regulations and others;
- Regardless of any reason, before leaving the operation area, the operator must lower the sweeper to the ground, stop the engine, start the parking brake, and remove the key;
- Keep hands, feet, hair and loose clothes away from all moving parts;
- When operating the sweeper and power source, leave protective objects and safety equipment in appropriate places;
- When operating the cleaner on rough terrain, reduce the speed to avoid the jumping of the cleaner and reduce the damage to the cleaner;
- Do not clean near people, buildings, vehicles or other objects that may be damaged by flying debris.

Operating instructions
- After starting the host, operate the boom of the host to connect the boom with the implement pendant, and put on the pin shaft
- After connecting with the main engine, connect the oil pipe of the cleaner with the oil cylinder of the main engine to ensure that the connection is firm
- Operate the button on the controller to make the brush roll rotate. When cleaning, make the front blade tip of the rear bucket touch the ground, and make the bottom of the rear bucket form an included angle of 10 ° with the ground, as shown in figure a, and then clean the main machine while moving forward.
- In order to reduce the wear of the brush, the downward pressing action of the cleaner should be minimized. After using for a period of time, the adjusting bolt should be adjusted to ensure the area of the cleaned road surface.
- In order to make the operation more convenient and reliable, the cleaner should be lowered as far as possible to prevent accidental action.
- After cleaning, lift the sweeper to dump the material.
- During unloading, it is strictly prohibited to knock, shake and operate with brute force
- Low rotation speed and moderate driving speed of the brush roller can better remove the gravel on the hard ground. If the driving speed is too fast, it will raise dust and affect the operator’s line of sight.
- The sweeping path should be slightly smaller than the width of the sweeper. If the particles are relatively large, the driving speed can be reduced appropriately.
- When in use, the bucket retraction angle is ≤ 30 degrees, and the tipping unloading angle is ≤ 45 degrees. Remember: before use, please install the limit block according to the requirements of the host.
- Start and close the sweeper at idle speed.
Maintenance instructions
-
After use, the bucket body and brush drum shall be cleaned with high-pressure water gun
-
The exposed cylinder rod shall be coated with oil / grease
-
Thoroughly clean all dirt, dirt and grease on the surface
-
Hydraulic oil pipe, motor, oil cylinder and solenoid valve interface are covered and sealed
-
Check the connecting bolts and tighten all loose bolts and nuts
-
Add grease to all lubricating points
-
Replace the damaged or ambiguous label
-
Brush roll adjustment Proper adjustment can make the brush work better. The following steps are taken to check the brush: Move the sweeper to a flat and dirty ground. Turn the brush roller at low speed to minimize the sweeper, and operate it for 10 minutes under the working state. Lift the high-definition broom and back up, start the brake, turn off the power source, and check the brush roller. The cleaning width of the brush roller should be between 50-100mm, and the length is equivalent to the length of the brush roller.
Tip – in order to improve the service life of the brush, the bolts on both sides should be adjusted as evenly as possible -
Brush replacement:
-
Remove the motor connecting bolts
-
Remove the bearing connecting bolts
-
Remove the side mounting plate
-
Take out the brush roller
-
Remove the brush fixing disc
-
Remove the old brush
-
Install the new brush according to the following steps: install it crosswise according to Figure 1 and Figure 2
Storage instructions
- During storage, the brush shall not touch the ground to prevent the brush from rusting and shorten the service life of the brush
- During storage, the interfaces of hydraulic oil pipes, motors, oil cylinders and solenoid valves shall be covered and sealed, and all dirt, dirt and grease on the surface shall be thoroughly cleaned
- After use, the bucket body and brush drum shall be cleaned with high-pressure water gun
- Do not put heavy objects on the brush, otherwise the bristles will be deformed and the performance of the cleaner will be damaged. In order to avoid this problem, the cleaner should be placed on the board.
- The brush material is polypropylene, which is far away from intense heat or flame. The polypropylene brush cannot be stored in the sun.
