Operating instructions

  1. After starting the host, operate the boom of the host to connect the boom with the hanging parts of machines and tools, and put on the pin shaft;
  2. After connecting with the main machine, turn the legs of the angle sweeper over, lower the main machine boom, and make the brush leave the ground about 10cm;
  3. Connect the two oil cylinders of the angle sweeper with the main machine, and ensure that the connection is firm;
  4. The angle sweeper is equipped with two wires, and the other end of the wire with the joystick is connected with the junction box on the angle sweeper; Connect the plug end of the other wire to the junction box of the angle sweeper, and the other end to  the battery of the host or the lighting wire in the cab, so that it can provide power to the solenoid valve of the angle sweeper;
  5. Start the main engine and supply oil. At this time, the roller brush of the angle sweeper rotates normally;
  6. Lower the boom of the main machine slowly, so that the brush can contact the ground, and start the main machine forward to carry out the cleaning operation;
  7. If it is necessary to swing a certain angle for cleaning, first stop moving forward, raise the boom a little, press the green button on the joystick, and then press and hold the “up” or “down” button. At this time, the left or right deflection is carried out through the oil cylinder roller brush. The user can adjust to the required angle according to the actual requirements, and then drop the boom to continue the operation. The roller brush swing angle is 25 degrees left and right respectively;
  8. After using for a period of time, the brush will be worn, and the roller brush needs to be adjusted by adjusting the screw rod;
  9. After use, stop the equipment in a safe position, turn off the engine and pull out the key; When not in use, remove and put away the wires of the bevel cleaner; Put down the outrigger to prevent the deformation of the brush;
  10. Start and close the angle sweeper at idle speed.
