Product Information
The KM17DB is a mechanical keyboard that offers a range of features including customizable button settings, lighting settings, and recovery settings. The keyboard also includes function keys F1 to F8 for quick access to various commands.
Product Usage Instructions
- Connect the keyboard to your computer using the USB cable provided.
- Turn on your computer and wait for it to detect the keyboard.
- To customize the button settings, press the A button and use the numbered keys (1-5) to assign specific functions to each key.
- To customize the lighting settings, press the C button and use the numbered keys (1-5) to select different lighting modes.
- To access recovery settings, press the D button.
- Use the function keys (F1-F8) for quick access to various commands such as volume control, media playback, and screen brightness.

User instruction
The Code way
• 2.46 mode: Press FS key for 3 seconds. insert the uss receiver when the
indicator flashes quickly. The indicator will stay on after code matching is
finished.
• BT mode: Press F10/F11/F12 key for 3 seconds. It comes into BT matching mode
when the indicator flashes quickly. Activate BT mode in the device and click
to choose the keyboard. The indicator will stay on after BT code matching is
finished. BT name:DELUX5.0 and DELUX3.0
• Wired mode: Connect the computer with USB cable. it can work when it is
indentified by the computer.
Device changing
- Click on the corresponding key of F9-F12 to change the mode between 2.4G and BTI-BT2-BT3. If it doesn’t work, please press FN+ESC to try again.
- Switch to BT device: Connection is done when the corresponding BT indicator flashes slowly and stays on finally. But if the corresponding BT indicator flashes slowly for 180 seconds and then goes out, the code matching will not be successful and will be automatically exited.
- Switch to z as mode: insert the uss receiver. connection is done wher the green indicator flashes slowly and stays on finally. But if the corresponding indicator flashes slowly for 180 seconds and then goes out, the code matching will not be successful and will be automaticall exited. (When the keyboard is in wireless mode, the USB cable is only for charging but not for wired mode.
Indicators
**F1-F8 Multimedia function
**
FN+ESC: Lock/open the FN key, the indicator goes out/stays on. (This function is only supported in Windows.)
- After locking the FN key, FI-F8 key only shows multimedia function and ry-F12 keys are for mode changing between 2.4g and BI mode. But FI-F12 original function can be showed by pressing FN+FI-F12.
- After unlocking the FN key, click FI-FI2 key and it shows the original function. But multimedia function can be showed by pressing ENtra-r8
Lighting effect
FN+MENU: cycle to change the light mode
FN + + V: adjust the lighting brightness
EN + +-: adjust the lignting speed
After installing the driver, enter the customized lighting mode by pressing FN+DEL
In customized lighting mode, please press FN+del again to enter in customized state and the light under the FN key flashes. After that the light can be customized to be on or off. Press N+beL again to save and exit also will save and exit without any action in 30s
- It will be in sleep mode without any action for 180 seconds, but it can be woken up by pressing any key.
- is custom uncton should be used with the driver.
- WIN MAC systerm can be changed by the switch in the bottom.
- Wired and wireless mode can also be changed by the switch in the bottom.
Driver Installation Instruction
Driver Installation
Download the driver trom the official website. You can set the keys, macro and lighting of the keyboard by using the driver.
Driver Settings
Open the setting interlace of the driver to set the keys, macro and lighting. MI/ M2/M3 three groups of configuration files can be set, and the top of the interface is the menu. (Please connect the keyboard to the device, otherwise the driver can’t be opened.
Button Settings
Click M1/M2/M3 and click the key to be set. And then click the “Keyboard”/ “Mago Definition”/ “Multimedia” on theleft for setting, Input the key you want to set or select the multimedia function settings in the drop-down menu. After the setting is successtul, click “OK and apply to complete the setting
Keyboard Key Settings
Click the key to be set, select “Keyboard” and input the key you want to set.
Click “OK” and apply to complete the setting.
Macro Key Settings
Click the key to be set and select “Macro Definition”. Select the macro
command that has been set. Click “OK” and apply to complete the setting
Multimedia Key Settings
Click the key to be set, select “Multimedia”, and select the multimedia
function in the drop-down menu to set. Click “OK” and apply to complete the
setting.
Macro Settings
Click “Macro Editor” for setting under the corresponding configuration file.
Right-click in the “Macro List” position, select “New Macro” and input the
macro name. Select the corresponding macro name and click “Start Recording
Macro”. During recording, you can input the keys you want on the keyboard, and
then click “Stop Recording Macro”. Set the properties and save it. Instruction
of importing macro: In the key setting, click the key to be set, select the
macro name in the “Macro Definition”, and then click “OK” and apply to
complete the setting.
Lighting Settings
Click “Light” to set the overall lighting effect of the keyboard, select
different lighting modes in the drop-down menu, and click “Apply” to make the
keyboard display different lighting effects. Users can adjust the brightness
and speed by themselves.
Recovery Settings
Click “Restore Default” in the lower left comer of the interface, and click
“Apply” to restore the keyboard to factory default. (You need to do this
respectively for M1/M2/M3 to make them in factory default.)
