AGT INDUSTRIAL AGT-SVH60 Vibratory Roller
Product Introduction
This walk-behind roller is powered by Honda GX160/GX270/GX390 engine type or CF178F diesel-powered engine, with high performance and quality assurance. It uses centrifugal clutch CVT and hydraulic two-way travel, with chain walking and torque for more stability. Exciting force is controlled by the throttle directly, making it easy to operate, mobile, and flexible. This machine features a small size, compact structure, and foldable operating handle to provide the operator with a comfortable operating environment. It is easy to transport and collect after being folded. It can also be supported to use with large road rollers. It is widely used in large auxiliary road roller (subgrade, base surface, asphalt surface), sidewalk, covers in periphery, curbs, small-scale pavement engineering, road pavement landfill compactor after patching potholes, highway repair, backfill compaction, a small parking lot, stadium compaction. Roads, municipal roads department, ideal for the square.

Control Device
- Fuel Valve: For controlling the passage between the fuel tank and the carburetor. When the engine is running, the fuel valve must be pulled to the “on” position. When the engine is not used, pull the fuel valve to the “off” position to prevent oil outflow in the carburetor, reducing the possibility of gasoline leakage.
- Engine Switch: Controls the ignition system. Engine switch to “on” position to start the engine. Engine switch to “off” position to shut down the engine.
- Choke Lever: Controls the carburetor choke. When the choke lever is located in the “off” position, it can improve concentration of gasoline to make the engine cold start. After the engine is started, choke lever located at “on” position, to provide suitable fuel during its working, also provides right fuel for starting engine heat engine.
- Throttle Lever: Controls engine speed. Let throttle lever inthe desired engine speed position.
Run
- Before the Test Run:
- Check engine and hydraulic tank and appearance of tubing and bottom to see if the oil is spilling.
- Wipe off excess dirt and other obstacles, especially around muffler and recoil starter
- Check appearance, if strong in all nuts, bolts and screws, if too loose in drive belt and chain
- check oil in engine and hydraulic oil tank , running in low fuel, result in engine damage, unsteady gait, periodic replacement of engine oil and hydraulic oil. to avoid damage in an accident ,check oil level before starting.
- Check air filter, dirty air filter will reduce amount of air into carburetor, reducing engine power.
- Check if they are normal in V-belts, chains.
- Road roller start operation
- Put engine fuel valve plate to ON position , put hydraulic reversing handle into Forward or Reverse position. During heating engine, need to pull choke lever to ON position.
- Turn engine switch to ON position.
- Gently pull recoil handle till felling felt resistance, then quickly pulled, slowly back into handle.
- After starting engine, if choke lever in OFF position, slowly move it to ON position, let engine warm, start to work after idling five minutes
- After warm-up engine is running, Push the front valve, road roller forward; After shift valve , road roller backward walking.
- Pull back throttle lever, road roller starts working
- Pressure to shut down the road
- If Emergency, simply pull handle to stop position.
- Under normal circumstances, pull handle to stop position, push throttle lever forward, engine idling running , then push engine switch to OFF position.

Precautions
- before starting each launch, do check before operation, to avoid personal injury and equipment damage
- To prevent fires, Do ensure good ventilation, during operating, the engine is at least 1 meter distance from buildings and other equipment. Do not put combustibles at side of engine .
- children and pets must stay away from operating area, to prevent burns by gasoline engine parts or to hurt by working equipment
- Learn how to shut down operating device and control of all components quickly, never allow untrained personnel to operate the equipment.
- Do not put combustible materials ,such as gasoline, lighters and other equipment to side in working machine the equipment. Adding fuel in a well ventilated place, refueling the engine after stop running, because gasoline is highly flammable, it would be expolded under some conditions
- Do not overfill fuel tank, it should be no fuel at the neck of oil filler. If fuel overflows, it must be removed and evaporated etc. before starting the engine.
- Prohibited smoking or open flames, in the place of adding fuel and fuel storage
- Engine exhaust, it contains carbon monoxide, avoid inhalation, and never operating machine under closed, unventilated areas or poor ventilation
- During engine is running, muffler will be very hot , this heat to maintain period of time after stop working. Do not touch it to avoid burns or fire. After engine cool down, move it to storage room.
Common Problem
Engine can not be started | Possible Causes | Approach |
---|---|---|
Check control position | Fuel valve not open | Pull valve to open (ON) |
Open choke | Close choke | |
engine switch not open | engine switch to open(ON) | |
Check fuel | No petrol | Gas up |
Gasoline metamorphism or added gone gasoline | Drain fuel tank, carburetor |
fuel, adding new gasoline
Remove spark plug inspection| spark plug is damaged, dirty and incorrect gap|
Clean, adjust gap or replace spark plugs
Fuel wet spark plug| Dried Refit spark plug, pull valve lever to fastest
position
Lack of engine power| Possible Causes| Approach
---|---|---
Check air filter| Filter blocked| Clean or replace filter
