The SuperBase Pro 2000 is a power station that allows you to charge your electronic devices on-the-go. It has a large battery capacity and can be charged using a wall adapter, car charger, or solar panel. The SuperBase Pro 2000 also has the ability to be upgraded with the latest firmware to improve its performance and add new features.
Product Usage Instructions
Before using the SuperBase Pro 2000, it is important to upgrade the firmware by following the steps below:
- Ensure that your device has enough power (at least not less than 5%), can be started and used normally, and that your network or Wi-Fi hotspot signal is strong.
- Download the Zendure APP and create an account by following the Zendure App User Guide. If you do not receive the verification information during registration, check your spam mailbox.
- Bind your SuperBase Pro and APP by referring to the video provided. Make sure that the Wi-Fi hotspot is 2.4GHZ.
- After binding the device to the app, you can view the current information of the device on the System Settings page of the app. Refer to the video provided to update the firmware.
After completing the above steps, you can start to experience the latest firmware on your SuperBase Pro 2000. For additional information and resources, please refer to the Zendure App User Guide and video provided.
Note: It is important to follow these instructions carefully to ensure a successful firmware upgrade. Failure to do so may result in damage to the device.

Confirm before upgrading

Steps to upgrade
- First, please download the Zendure APP, and refer to the “Zendure AppUser Guide” to register an account and log in. If you cannot receive the verificationinformation during registration, please check the spam mailbox.
- Refer to this video to bind your SuperBase Pro and APP. And please make suretheWi-Fi hotspot is 2.4GHZ.
- After binding the device to the APP, you can see the current information of thedevice on the System Settings page of the APP.
