VIVREAU Extra I-Tap Water Dispenser

Product Information

A water dispenser is an appliance that dispenses still or carbonated water. The dispenser has a display that shows relevant information and problem- solving hints in case of any issues. The dispenser has a CO2 bottle that adds carbonation to the water and a water filter that ensures clean and fresh water.

Product Usage Instructions

1. Visible Abnormalities on the Display: – If the red exclamation mark system has an error lights up on the tap display or water type icons are off system has an error, check the error message on the footer of the undercounter display. Contact the service team if the problem persists. – If the display is off or sparkling icons are dimmed, plug the power plug into the power outlet, switch on the power, and check for any possible appliance fault. If the problem persists, contact the service team. – If the standby mode is active, touch the icons to wake up the system. 2. Abnormalities of the Dispensed Water: – If the water is not or is only slightly carbonated, check if the CO2 content is incorrectly set or if the CO2 bottle is empty. Contact the service team if necessary. – If the water is warm, make sure it is connected to cold water. Contact the operator to set the water temperature or contact the service team if the problem persists. – If water splashes, ensure that the cooling fins are not blocked or covered. Wait for 30 minutes until the water is chilled or contact the service team. – If there is low water flow, change the CO2 bottle or contact the service team to change the water filter. 3. Others: – If the water pressure is too low, check the water inlet valve. – If there is uncontrolled water seepage, check if the water intake is not tight, the drip tray is not inserted correctly/full, or the intake filter is closed. Take necessary action accordingly or contact the service team. – If there is a hissing sound, check if the CO2 supply is leaking, the water supply is interrupted, or the water dispenser fuse has tripped. Contact the service team for further assistance.

If problems occur, the dispenser will show relevant information and problem- solving hints. If the problem cannot be solved immediately, please contact customer service (see rear page).
