Remote Important Notes

  • Do not point the lens directly to the human eye to avoid damage to the eyes caused by the strong light of the lens after the machine is turned on;
  • Do not block the inlet/outlet of the machine, and ensure that there is no obstruction within 25cm of the inlet/outlet of the machine. To avoid damage to the internal electronic devices due to the failure of the machine to dissipate heat normally, or to affect the normal service life of the machine;
  • Do not use cleaning tools such as paper and cloth to wipe the lens directly to avoid damage to the lens; please use a cleaning air blower to remove dust on the surface of the lens;
  • Do not use chemicals, cleaning agents or clean water to clean the machine, and avoid rain, moisture and mineral-containing liquids from corroding circuit boards;
  • Do not touch the machine or the remote control when the human body is wet;
  • Please ensure that the machine is used in a dry and ventilated environment. For example, it is forbidden to use the machine after it is immersed in water;
  • Do not store the machine in a place that is too hot or too cold, high (low) temperature will shorten the life of electronic devices. The ambient temperature that allows the machine to be stored is -20°C – 60°C, and the operating temperature is -10°C – 35°C;
  • Do not use the non-standard power adapter to power the machine;
  • Please use the battery type described in this manual for the remote control. Using the wrong type of battery may cause damage to the remote control or the machine;
  • Do not place the working machine on flammable substances (beds or blankets, etc.);
  • Do not put the machine into any heating machine (such as dryer, microwave oven, etc.) for drying; Do not squeeze the machine hard or place heavy objects on it;
  • Do not throw, knock or strongly vibrate the machine to avoid damage to the internal circuit board;
  • Do not attempt to disassemble/repair the machine by yourself. If you have any questions, please contact the channel of purchasing the machine or the official online customer service;
  • If the machine is not used for a long time, please shut down and cut off the power supply;

Projection method

Two projection methods

  • When changing the projection mode, please turn off the projector first, and then turn on the projector after the installation is complete. Select the projection mode in system Settings-Image Settings-installation mode.

Frontal projection

  • Taking the default front projection mode as an example, we recommend that you place the machine horizontally in front of a flat white wall or curtain 10cm-30cm, and the center of the screen should be flat at the height of your eyes, which will provide you with the best viewing experience.

Guidance

Trapezoidal correction

  • You can go to the system Settings-Image Settings-trapezoidal Correction page to make manual adjustments.

Projection size

  • The best projection screen size of this series is 60 inches, the compatible size is 30-100 inches, and the corresponding distance from the wall / curtain is 0cm-45cm. You can choose the appropriate screen size and the corresponding placement position according to the actual use conditions.

Screen projection/ on-screen settings

  • Screen projection: make sure that the projector and the device to be projected (mobile phone, tablet, laptop, etc.) are connected under the same WiFi, click the screen projection function on the software of the device to be projected, and select “WITSEER-XXXX” to project the content to the projector.
  • Same screen (make sure the projector and the device to be projected are connected under the same WiFi): IOS system: the projector opens “Apps > EShare APP”, click the screen image in the toolbar of the device to be projected (mobile phone, tablet, laptop, etc.), and select “WITSEER-XXXX” to start the same screen. Android: the projector opens “Apps > EShareAPP”, scans the QR code on the projection screen with the devices to be projected (mobile phone, tablet, laptop, etc.), downloads and installs EShareAPP, selects “W ITSEER-XXXX” in the successfully installed EShareAPP and connects, and then clicks on the wireless transfer screen to start the same screen.

Machine on / off

  • After the power is turned on, press the switch key of the fuselage or remote control to turn on the machine.
  • If the external battery module is not connected to the power supply, press the switch key of the fuselage for 5 seconds to turn it on. At this time, the remote control operation is not supported.
  • In the power-on state, press the switch key of the fuselage or remote control and do not click “cancel” within 5 seconds to shut down:
    In the power-on state, press the fuselage switch key for about 10 seconds to force the shutdown.

Remote Control Pairing

  • In the power-on state, the remote control is close to the machine 3-5CM, and press the confirmation key and return key of the remote control for 5 seconds to complete the pairing.
  • Depending on the version, new machines and new remote controls may need to be paired, and the pairing process takes about 3-5 seconds.

System Upgrade

  • You can view the current version status of the system in system setup-system upgrade. If the current version is up-to-date, the system will prompt you to upgrade if there is an updated version. Do not lose power during the upgrade process.

Network Setting

  • Select “Network Settings” on the home page to enter the interface.
  • Select “WLAN” to enter the wireless network password to connect.

Audio Bluetooth Output
Use the remote control to enter the system settings-Bluetooth. After turning on Bluetooth on this machine, scan and search for nearby Bluetooth devices that have been turned on (supporting Bluetooth speakers, headphones, etc.), and then output audio through external Bluetooth devices after connection.
Play Media Resources
Insert the USB disk through the USB interface, or connect the computer TV and other equipment through the HDMI interface to play video recordings. In the process of playing, you can pause / play audio and video through the remote control, or adjust the playback speed, picture and other settings.
