How to Use

Using the USB Receiver

  1. Open the battery cover.
  2. Insert 1 AA battery into the battery compartment. Turn on the mouse.
  3. Take out the USB receiver and replace the battery cover.
  4. Plug the USB receiver into a USB-A port on the computer.

Using Bluetooth

  1. Insert 1 AA battery and turn on the mouse.
  2. To select a Bluetooth channel (BT1 or BT2), short press the Channel Switch Button, and the corresponding indicator will flash slowly.
  3. Press and hold the Channel Switch Button until the indicator light flashes quickly, and the mouse will enter the Bluetooth pairing state.
  4. Turn on the Bluetooth of your computer. Search and select “TK-MS008” to start pairing.
  5. When the indicator light is off, the Bluetooth connection is established.

Switching Channels

  1. The mouse supports 3 wireless connectivity channels: USB receiver, BT1, and BT2, by which it can be connected to three devices at the same time.
  2. To switch to one of the 3 channels, short press the Channel Switch Button, and the corresponding indicator will light up for 3 seconds and then turn off. If the indicator is flashing slowly, it means that no device has been connected through this channel.

Clear Pair Record

  1. Turn off the mouse.
  2. Press and hold the scroll wheel. Then turn on the mouse.
  3. Wait until the indicator light of BT1/BT2 flashes quickly, release the scroll wheel, and the pair records of BT1 and BT2 are cleared.

To change DPI

  • Press the DPI button to cycle through 3 DPI levels. The corresponding indicator at the bottom of the mouse will flash once/twice/three times.

Low Battery Indicator

  • When the battery of the mouse is low, the low battery indicator flashes.
  • Please replace the battery.

Troubleshooting

  1. Make sure the USB receiver is properly plugged into the USB port on the computer.
  2. Make sure your computer meets the system requirement.

Precautions

  1. Do not use the mouse on any reflective, transparent or uneven surfaces.
  2. Use a dry and soft cotton cloth to clean the mouse.
  3. Do not bend the mouse.
  4. Do not look into the light from the optical sensor.
  5. Do not rinse the mouse with water.

What this warranty covers

Shenzhen Unchain Technology Co., LTD. (Manufacturer: “Unichain”) warrants to the original purchaser of this TeckNet product that the product shall be free of defects in design, assembly, material, or workmanship.

What the period of coverage is

  • Unichain warrants the TECKNET product for 12 Months.

What will we do to correct problems?

  • Unichain will repair or replace, at its option, any defective product free of charge (except for shipping charges for the product).

What is not covered by this warranty?

All above warranties are null and void if the TeckNet product is not provided to Unichain for inspection upon Unichain’s request at the sole expense of the purchaser, or if Unchain determines that the TeckNet product has been improperly installed, altered in any way, or tampered with. The TeckNet Product Warranty does not protect against acts of God such as flood, earthquake, lightning, war, vandalism, theft, normal-use wear and tear, erosion, depletion, obsolescence, abuse, damage due to low voltage disturbances (e.g. brownouts or sags), non-authorized program, or system equipment modification or alteration.
