Range of application and operating instructions

1. The headset is applicable to 3.5MM quadrupole single plug audio device such as laptop,tablet,PC,mobile phone, etc. With the bisected adapter cable of 3.5mm interface, the 3.5mm dual plug of the computer can be used.
2. Generally, the cable end or microphone end is designed on the left-side, so wear the cable end or microphone end on the left ear when wearing headset.
3. When using the headset on computer, please make sure the headset microphone switch is turn on, then make sure the computer microphone switch is turned on. Please find the “speaker” icon in the computer taskbar, and double-click to enter the volume control for settings. And enter into the “voice” for settings on the “Control Panel’. If the audio interface of the computer is a double- hole combination interface, Y-branch adapter cable need to be used (this product is provided in the package box).
4. Please make sure the headset adjustment button is at the minimum volume, and can be adjusted to the appropriate volume.
5. Support the iPhone 6/6 Plus, Samsung s5, s4,LG, Xiaomi,iPad, MP3, MP4,laptop, tablet,PS4, Xbox one, Nintendo Switch, etc (Note: Xbox 360 game pad can be used normally only with a Microsoft adapter)
6. Support the 32-bit and 64-bit Win7/Win8/Win8.1/Win10/XP.

Steps for setting of game headset on PS4:
Before use of the headset on PS4, please test on a mobile phone first, to ensure that the headset can normally work;
(Double channel setting: The default frequency of PS4 is single channel. If the sound can be heard at only one side of the headset, please reset it as stereo channel)

1. Insert the headset own 3.5mm jack plug into the PS4 game pad to the very bottom;
2. Open PS4— Settings — Peripherals;
3. Select the “Sound/Devices”
4. Select the “Headset Connected to Controller” for “Input Device” and “Output Device”.
5. Adjust the level to be 80% in “Adjust Microphone Level”.
6. There are two options for “Output to Headset”: A. All Audio, means all sound on the PS4 can be heard through the headset, including background music and voice. B. Chat Voice, means only chat voice can be heard on the headset.
7. Tick “Automatic Switch to Output Device’. If this option is closed, PS4 output will not automatically switch to the headset when it is plugged in, and hence no sound can be heard.
8. Headset may be used after setting.

Steps for setting of game headset on Xbox One
Before use of the headset on Xbox One, please test on a mobile phone first, to ensure that the headset can normally work;

1. Insert the headset own 3.5mm plug into the jack on Xbox One game pad to the very bottom;This headset cannot be directly used on Xbox One game pad, and a Microsoft adapter must be purchased for use); New Xbox One game pad can be used just after the headset plug is inserted in the 3.5mm jack of the pad.
2. Open Xbox One→ Homepage → Setting
3. Display and Sound → Audio Output
4. Output to Headset
5. Open the on/off key of “Microphone” in the audio.
6. Adjust the “Headset Chat Mixer” in the audio to be 80% (if the headset is adjusted to 100%, there will be no sound).
7. Headset may be used normally after audio setting.

Frequently asked questions

When playing music by headset, there is accompaniment but no singing?
– A)The headset plug is quadrupolar single plug type. The international (CTIA) standard 3.5mm interface: pin connection is(left channel- right channel -ground wire – microphone), which is the most popular connection in the market and largest application. If the international standard headset is connected to a non-international
standard interface, there will arise the phenomenon of background sound only. If the audio device is non-international standard, the adapter cable is needed.
When playing music with headset,there is sound but voice chatting can’t work?
– A)When using the headset, please make sure that the tone control microphone switch of headset is turned on, and make sure that the microphone works normally.
– B)The headset plug is quadrupolar, single plug type with the function of audio/voice combination,and is applicable to single-hole audio device. Please make sure that if your device fits the audio/voice combination interface.
– C)The headset plug is quadrupolar, single plug type, while your device may be of tripolar interface.
– D)With the bisected adapter cable of 3.5mm interface, you can use the 3.5mm dual plug (headphone and microphone jack ) interface of the computer. You can enjoy beautiful beautiful music and voice chatting at the same time.
When playing music with the headset, there arises the phenomenon of noise, small volume, unclear sound, or one side with sound and the other side without sound?
– A)Please check if the plug is well inserted into the interface device, and if the headset sound volume controller switch on normally.
– B)The headset plug is quadrupolar, single plug type, while your device may be of tripolar interface.
– C)Example: If the headset can be inserted to iPhone6/iPhone5, open the Add- ons — Voice Memos on the mobile phone to test headset functions. In the Voice Memos, the headset microphone may be tested by recording voice. Then voice is broadcasted to test if the headset speaker is normal. (Note: Android phones can also conduct this test)
When using the headset,there is current sound?
– A)Please check if the plug is well inserted into the interface device.
– B)To avoid current buzz, please use the headset away from the devices with strong magnetic field , such as mobile phone and fan.
– C)Please check if the microphone boost of the computer microphone is turned on.
– Please open the control panel – > sound – > record – > level – > microphone boost to adjust the microphone boost mode.

Warning: Hearing conservation
Your hearing may be temporarily or permanently impaired if the headset is used in continuous high sound volume. Please keep the sound volume clearly hearable in a silent environment to reduce the risk of hearing impairment.ct this test

1. Do not turn up the sound volume after hearing begins, because your ears may adapt to high volume in the long run, which sounds like a normal volume. But the high sound volume can still impair your hearing.
2. Please do not turn up the sound volume to mask external noise because your hearing may be impaired by external noise and sound in headset. Closed or noise cancelling headset may reduce external noise, and you need not to turn up the sound volume.
3. If you cannot hear the persons beside you who speak at the normal sound volume, please turn down the volume. The sound masking normal sound volume may impair hearing. Even you use the closed or noise cancelling headset, be sure to hear the sound of the persons beside you.

Shortening the time of hearing high sound volume

1. Your hearing may be impaired under high sound volume for long. The higher the volume, the quicker your hearing is impaired.
2. Hearing may be permanently impaired within 15 minutes after you wear the headset and listen to music at high sound volume.
3. Different sounds you hear in one day may add together. If you are exposed to and hear other high sound volume, the shorter time will be needed for hearing impairment.
4. For safe and long-time use of headset, please keep the sound volume at a low level so that you can talk with the persons beside you.
