YOUDIAN C40 Invisible Wireless Charger

Warning

1. The charger charges your phone when the distance between them is 13-40mm. A proper testing method is to place your phone 13-40mm above the charger, NOT directly on the charger.
2. Please use the black power sticker.

4. Greenlight always on -power on, ready for charging.
5. Green light flashing – charging.

Product Introduction

C40 is a long-distance wireless charging device that can wirelessly charge mobile phones through any non-metallic material of 13-40mm(0.51′-1.57′). It works through non-me­tallic surfaces such as marble, wood, glass, quartz, etc., and can be placed under the desktop. It can be used at home, offices, hotels, and many more. It can wirelessly charge mobile phones or other electronic devices that support the Qi standard. Enjoy the minimalist spark brought by technol­ogy.

Before Installation

1. Please make sure you are using the adapter that comes with the package.
2. Please check if your phone case doesn’t contain metal. centrally located magnets, card holders, pop sockets, and kick stands. If it does, charge your phone with the phone case off.

Installation Steps

Please ensure the table surface is not made of metal, and thinner than 40mm.

1. Mount the bracket
   Rip off the protective layer of 3M tape, and mount the wireless charger in your favorite position under your desk.

2. Plug in the adapter
   Plug in the adapter and check if the green light is always on.

3. Fold the alignment assistant
   Fold the “alignment assistant” up along the indentation line, and tear off the double-sided tape (notice do not stick this part to the table at this time yet).

4. Locate the charging position
   Place the “Alignment assistant’ on the table, move toward the top of the charger, and continuously adjust the position until the light board is fully lit, then paste the “Adhesive tape at back” area on the table to fix the card.

5. Stick the power sticker
   Tear off the circular installation prompt area in the center of the cardboard along the dotted line, and stick the power sticker on the blank area.

6. Easy charging begins
   Remove the “Alignment assistant”, keep only the power sticker, place your phone in the center of the power sticker, and easy charging begins!

Note:
Please installed on non-metallic materials such as marble, wood, glass, etc., and the thickness is within 13-40mm.

Safety Tips

1. Do not pull the power cord violently to avoid breaking the power cord.
2. Do not disassemble the C40 by yourself.
3. Do not use C40 in severe high temperature, humid or corrosive environments to avoid leakage of electricity due to damage to the circuit.

Precautions

1. Please use the adapter that comes with the package.
2. Do not place metal debris between the wireless charger and the phone, which may cause damage to the charger or the charger will not work.
3. During use, if you feel like the phone is overheated, you can remove your phone and try again after it is cooled down.

FAQs

The red light keeps flashing, and fail to charge my phone.

1. Use the adapter that comes with the package.
2. Re-plug and plug all the way in.
3. The charging distance should be between 13-40mm.
4. Make sure there are no metal objects directly on the charger, such as door cards or metal material installed into the table. If the charger isn’t working after applying the 4 tips mentioned above, please contact us by email.

Can I use it on cars or boats?

1. Please make sure the adapter you use can support 24V DC voltage.
2. Please make sure the charging distance is between 13-4mm.
3. The installation will be different if used on cars or boats, contact us for help if you can’t get it to work.

Warranty Scope

When the listed conditions are fulfilled, we provide free exchange service and refund services at no additional cost.

1. Product malfunction during normal use.
2. The product is still under the 1-year warranty.

The following conditions aren’t covered by the 1-year warranty:

1. The product is damaged intentionally, such as dissembling the product without professional guidance.
2. Product damage is caused by man-made accidents.

Extended Service
If the product exceeds the warranty period, the customer still enjoys maintenance service, but the maintenance cost is required.
