Safety Precautions
Product Introduction
The product is a wired color video door entry system. The system is made up of two parts, the outdoor unit and the indoor unit. The two units are connected with quad core cables. The indoor unit uses 15V DC to perform doorbell call, monitoring, intercom and remote opening functions. TFT-LCD screen is used to provide clear images, bright colors and no distortion. A high-definition CMPS camera is used to provide good night vision effects. The intercom and doorbell have a loud and clear volume level. According to the manual, the effective transmission distance is up to 100m (Manual – Wiring Requirements); If a multi-door controller is used, a maximum of four units can be connected to realize multi-entry access.
It is applicable to places such as homes, residences, apartments, offices and hospitals.

Indoor unit functions
Set the ring tone of the indoor unit
- Mute setting
- In the standby mode of the indoor unit, first press the “ button to turn on the screen, and then press the “ button to turn off the doorbell and intercom, without the image display. If you need to turn on the doorbell and intercom, press the “ ” button again in the of the“ ” monitor.
- Disturbance-free mode will be activated after activating the mute function
- Change the ringtone
- In the standby mode of the indoor unit, firstly press the ” button to turn on the display, and press the ” button to activate the ringtone and enter the “change ringtone Settings.
- Ringtone volume adjustment
- In indoor unit standby mode, firstly press “ button to turn on the display, and then press the “ button to turn on ringtone and enter “ringtone volume” setting .
- It has three levels, large, medium and small. Press the “ ” button for two seconds each time to gradually increase or decrease the volume.
- After turning off the device, all ringtone settings will be reset to factory settings.
Instructions for doorbell operation
- When any visitor presses the call button on the outdoor unit, the screen of the indoor unit will show the outdoor image in real time and the doorbell will ring.
- The user inside can press the button ” to talk to the visitor .
- Note: The conversations will be activated when you press the ” button for the first time and will be will deactivate if the button is pressed again. The screen automatically turns off in 30 seconds if the call is not answered.
- In intercom mode, indoor user can press ” talk” button 4. In intercom mode, indoor user can press the “talk” to open the door button, to finish of or the conversation will end automatically in 90 seconds.
- If it is necessary to resume the conversation after hanging up, first press the ” and then the button to talk to the visitor.
- In indoor unit standby mode, press the ” button first and then ” button to unlock the door, the display will turn off automatically in 90 seconds or it can be turned off by pressing the ” button one time.
Instructions for installing the indoor unit
- Installation and location of the indoor unit
- Make a mark and drill a hole on the wall
- Fix the base of the indoor unit
- As shown in the figure: Pull out the base; open the package to take out the rubber plugs and screws.
- Drill a hole, drilling diameter 6mm;
- Fix the rubber stopper on the in the hole made;
- Fix the base with screws.
- Fix the indoor unit
- Take the indoor unit and power supply;
- Insert the power plug and 5-wire connector
- Place the indoor unit horizontally on the base.

Outdoor unit functions
- Call and intercom
- When a visitor presses the call button on the outdoor unit, they can communicate with the indoor unit.
- They can talk on the intercom after the indoor unit answers.
- Night vision
- Infrared or white light is used to clearly see any visitor a meter away at night.
- Rainproof
- Equipped with a rain cover, protection level 4, for outdoor use.
- Door opening
- It can be directly connected with a 12V electric lock. If any other type of lock is used, you must use a 12V access control power supply (with control +, control -).
Outdoor unit installation
- Installation and location of the outdoor unit
- Make a mark and drill a hole on the wall
- Fix the rain cover of the outdoor unit
- As the picture shows: Pull out the rain cover; open the screw pack to take out the rubber bushings and screws
- Drill a hole, drilling diameter 6mm;
- Fix the rubber stopper on the in the hole made;
- Fix the base with screws.
- Fix the indoor unit
- Take the indoor unit and power supply;
- Insert the power plug and 5-wire connector
- Place the indoor unit horizontally on the base.
- Completing the installation

Wiring requirements
- Intercom Wiring Requirements
- Based on the distances, the wiring requirements and the diameter of the cables are different. The following table shows the cable requirements for the different distances:
Wiring colors and functions
- Yellow……………..Video Blue – Audio
- Black……………Ground Red— VCC
- Green…………..Intercom between displays (multiple displays can be used)
Power Wiring Requirements
- Power wiring and AC or other high-frequency wiring cannot be placed in the same conduit. The separation distance must be greater than 60 cm.
- The indoor unit power supply wiring can be placed with the intercom wiring in the same conduit.
Effective distance
- Distance from outdoor unit to indoor unit is < 100M (Refer to Figure 14)
Wiring diagram
- A One outdoor unit connects with one or more indoor units
- When connected with 1 or 4 indoor units, the displays will be connected in series.
- VIDEO-_Yellow
- +15V—Red
- AUDIO-Blue
- GND—Negro
- Lock- — Black Lock + — Red
- VCC Red CALL-Green4
In combination with access control power supply wiring
Note: For the operation of the access control power supply, please refer to the operation manual of the power supply you purchased.
Troubleshooting
Instructions
- When cleaning the device, please turn off the device first and use a soft dry cloth to clean it;
- Do not use benzene, a thinner or organic solvent such as gasoline to clean it, as they may damage the case or discolor the device and keys;
- The device should be installed in a safe place with good ventilation, dry air and no direct sunlight, high intensity magnetic field or dust;
- Do not use it with any products that are not manufactured by our company;
- Do not disassemble it without authorization. Please contact your local dealer or our technical department in case of any failure;
- Users must strictly follow the user manual to install and test the product;
- Door release button, electronic control lock and access control power supply are not accessories, and need to be purchased by user;
- The product is updated from time to time, so the manual is for your reference only. Please refer to the actual product in case there are differences.
