HOW TO PAIR NU SKINVERA® TO AGELOC® LUMISPA® IO?

  • Turn on phone Bluetooth and Location (for Android Version 11 & Below)
  • Go to Phone Setting -> Apps (look for VERA) -> Location Permission – ALLOWED (for Android Version 11 & Below)

You are Ready to Pair

  • Launch VERA -> tap DEVICES – > Let’s Get Started – > Double tap
  • ageLOC® LumiSpa® iO power button to turn the device on -> tap CONNECT -> Tap your ageLOC® LumiSpa® iO –XXXX
  • Device will initiate pairing -> If pairing succeeds, the success screen will appear
  • You may rename your device under Device Settings

NON-SUCCESS PAIRING SCENARIO

  1. If the device is not found
  2. Ensure the phone has Bluetooth turned on
  3. Soft reset your ageLOC® LumiSpa® iO by placing the device on the charger and pressing the power button & holding for 5 seconds until you see a flashing blue light
  4. Tap RefreshageLOC-LumiSpa-Essential-Facial-Cleansing-Kit-FIG- \(3\)
  5. If pairing fails, the failure screen will appearageLOC-LumiSpa-Essential-Facial-Cleansing-Kit-FIG- \(2\)
  6. Soft reset your ageLOC® LumiSpa® iO by placing the device on the charger and pressing the power button & holding for 5 seconds until you see a flashing blue light
  7. Forget the device from your phone’s Bluetooth settings
  8. Try to pair againageLOC-LumiSpa-Essential-Facial-Cleansing-Kit-FIG- \(4\)

UPDATE FIRMWARE

  • After initially pairing a device, the app will prompt you to update immediately before you can use the device
  • While updating, the lights breathe
  • After pairing if a firmware update is needed it can be seen in the device details and device settings
  • Firmware version is also located in the device settings

Before UpdatingageLOC-LumiSpa-Essential-Facial-Cleansing-Kit-FIG-

  • Make sure ageLOC® LumiSpa® iO is connected to the charger
  • If you are not on the charger the app will notify and prompt you to do so
  • Keep the phone and ageLOC® LumiSpa® iO close
  • Don’t close the app during the update

When ageLOC® LumiSpa® iO fails to update, the device will become stuck in a rippling LED pattern and appear unresponsive.

  1. Open Vera > Devices > Pair New Device > Let’s Get Started > Connect
  2. Tap on “LumiSpa” (there will be no 4-digit number following LumiSpa)
  3. Vera will display “Preparing Device” screen; wait for this screen to complete
  4. Once “Prepping Device” has finished, “Select Your Device” screen will appear
  5. Your LumiSpa should appear in the device list; tap on your LumiSpa
  6. Reinitiate pairing; device will already have up to date firmware

HOW TO CREATE & SAVE CUSTOMIZED TREATMENTS

Tap Explore Treatments/Device Treatment -> Create New Treatments

  1. Name your treatment
  2. Choose Treatment Head
  3. Tap Add Attachment To Treatment
  4. Tap Add treatment areas
  5. Choose from area drop-down list, give the area a custom name and adjust desired treatment duration
  6. Tap Save
  7. Tap Update Preset to save the customized treatment to the ageLOC® LumiSpa® iO

You can find your saved treatments in Device Treatments

YOU MAY TOGGLE THE SAVED TREATMENTS FROM THE AGELOC® LUMISPA® IO DEVICE WITHOUT THE APPS

  • Once you have saved treatments to your device, toggle through custom treatments by double pressing the power button
  • Once you have toggled to the desired saved treatment, quick press the power button to start the treatmentageLOC-LumiSpa-Essential-Facial-Cleansing-Kit-FIG- \(10\)

HOW TO DELETE A SAVED TREATMENT FROM AGELOC® LUMISPA® IO?

Tap Explore Treatments/Device Treatment

  1. Select the pencil icon
  2. Choose the Saved Treatment that you wish to delete
  3. Tap the Red icon to delete
  4. Tap Update Preset to ensure the deleted treatment is removed from the ageLOC® LumiSpa® iO

HOW TO COMPLETELY DELETE ALL CREATED TREATMENTS FROM NU SKIN VERA®?

  1. Choose the Saved Treatment that you wish to delete
  2. Tap the Red icon to delete

  1. One phone can connect to multiple devices
  2. One device can only connect to One phone at a time
  3. If you would like to pass your device to another person, kindly conduct Hard Reset

HOW TO
Connect ageLOC® LumiSpa® iO to charger and press power button for 10s to conduct a Hard Reset (light will change from blue to orange)ageLOC-LumiSpa-

  • Charge time can vary device to device
  • Charge time is at least 10 hours (until lights turn green)
  • LEDs light green
