Product Usage Instructions

Connect to the Power Adapter

  1. Connect the power adapter to an AC outlet.
  2. Connect the power adapter to the USB-A to USB-C cable.
  3. Connect the USB-C end of the cable to the wireless charge pad.
  4. The LED will flash blue rapidly and then return to off.

Note: Only QC 2.0 and QC 3.0 power adapters support this product’s quick charge function.

Charging Mode

  1. Ensure the wireless chargepad is plugged in.
  2. Place the Qi-enabled smartphone on the chargepad, the indicator light will flash blue for 30 seconds. This signals charging has begun.
  3. The device enters standby mode when the phone is removed from the charging pad.
  4. A rapidly blinking or red light may indicate there is metal or an obstruction between the charger and the device/phone.

Notes

  • Do not expose the product to fire or other high-temperature environments. The recommended usage temperature is between 32˚F – 113˚F.
  • Stop using if any of the following conditions occur: overheating, colour change, or any other unusual conditions.
  • To reduce the risk of electrical shock use only in dry locations. For indoor use only. Never use a product if it is damaged.
  • Do not place too close to magnetic strips or chip cards (ID cards, ATM cards, etc.) to avoid magnetic failure.
  • Please keep at least a 20cm distance between implanted medical devices (pacemakers, implanted cochlear, etc.) and the wireless charger to avoid potential interference with the medical device.
  • Keep out of the reach of children.
  • Improper use of this product shall void the manufacturer’s warranty. No liability is accepted for damage.
