T-TRACKS Rack Mount Rails
Product Information: T-Tracks
T-Tracks are a type of track system that are designed to be installed on various surfaces, such as truck beds, trailers, or other vehicles. They have a T-shaped cross-section and are made of durable materials that can withstand heavy loads and harsh weather conditions. T-Tracks are commonly used to secure cargo, tie-downs, or other accessories to the surface where they are installed.
Product Usage Instructions: How to Install T-Tracks
Before starting the installation process, make sure that you have all the
necessary tools and equipment. You can watch installation videos on the
official website or scan the QR code provided in the manual for more guidance.
Follow these steps to install T-Tracks:
Tools Required:
- Drill
- Socket wrench
- Measuring tape
- Level
- Pencil
Step 1: Place Tracks in Preferred Location (See Detail A)
Determine the desired location for the T-Tracks and use a measuring tape
and level to ensure that they are aligned and evenly spaced. Use a pencil to
mark the locations where the tracks will be installed.
Step 2: Install Tracks
Using a drill and socket wrench, attach the T-Tracks to the surface where
they will be installed. Make sure that they are secured tightly and that the
screws or bolts are flush with the surface. Repeat this process for each track
until all of them are installed.
After the T-Tracks are installed, you can start using them to secure cargo or other accessories. Make sure to follow the manufacturer’s recommendations for weight limits and load distribution to ensure safe and effective use of the T-Tracks.

HOW TO: T-TRACKS INSTALL
TOOLS REQUIRED
- Drill
- 5/32″ drill bit
- 1/2” drill stop or tape
-
3 Phillips screwdriver ( Caution: You’ll most likely strip out the screws if you use a #2 screwdriver. Yes, we’ve done that…)
STEP 1:: PLACE TRACKS IN PREFERRED LOCATION
- The tracks can be oriented towards the cab side or the tailgate side.
- One side of the track has mounting holes spaced further apart than the others at 13.5″ – this side must be oriented on the cab side for cab side-oriented installs and on the tailgate side for tailgate-oriented installs. See DETAIL A = CABSIDE INSTALL.
- Every track mounting hole must be over a dimple; that’s where the steel tubes are.
STEP 2: INSTALL TRACKS
-
With the DECKED drawer system installed in your truck or van, place one T-track in the widest slot on the panel just inbound of the ammo cans. The tracks must be placed in this slot only; it’s wider than the others.
-
Verify that the tracks are oriented correctly as described in STEP 1. Every track hole must be over a dimple in the panel. Yes, you can get this wrong, so match up the mounting holes with the dimples before you get your drill out.
-
Starting with one end only, drill a 5/32″ pilot hole in the center of the dimple using a 1/2″ drill stop or piece of tape. You will be drilling through the panel and the top wall of the tube only. Do not drill through the bottom wall of the tube = BAD!
-
Install a WASHER and PAN HEAD screw through the T-Track and into the pilot hole you just drilled. Leave loose for now.
NOTE: The washers and pan head screws are for the end holes only. Use countersink screws for all interior holes. -
Drill a pilot hole in the remaining mounting points making sure you are centered in a dimple.
-
Install the COUNTERSINK screws into the interior holes and tighten until snug only.
-
Install a WASHER and PAN HEAD screw into the other end hole. Tighten both end screws until snug.
-
Repeat on the other side.
