- Turn circuit breaker(s) off or remove fuse(s) before installation.
- Fixture(s) must be installed by all local codes and ordinances.
- DO NOT install within 10 feet of a pool spa or fountain.
- SUITABLE FOR MOUNTING WITHIN 4 FT OF THE GROUND.
- SUITABLE FOR WET LOCATIONS.
SAFETY INFORMATION
TO REDUCE THE RISK OF FIRE, OR INJURY TO PERSONS:
- Turn off/unplug it and allow it to cool before replacing the lamp.
- Lamps get hot quickly. Contact only the switch plug when turning ing on.
- Do not touch the hot lens, guard, or enclosure.
- Keep lamps away from materials that may burn.
- Do not touch the lamp at any time. Use a soft cloth. Oil from the skin may damage the lamp.
- Do not operate the luminaire fitting with a missing or damaged shield.
SAVE THESE INSTRUCTIONS
WARNING DISCONNECT POWER BEFORE INSTALLING OR SERVICING.
This is a low-voltage fixture for use with a maximum of 25A, and 15V power
units. A remote transformer is required. The main cable from the power units
should be buried for less than 6 inches under the ground level and can be
purchased.
LUMINAIRE MOUNTING (with PVC Spike)
- Run the wire pigtail from the luminaire through the mounting hole on top of the PVC Spike.
- Thread the PVC Spike into the fixture.
- Remove the lens cover assembly, push the bulb pins into the socket holes carefully, until seated, and then replace the lens cover.
- Place the PVC Spike in the desired position and insert it into the ground until the flange of the PVC spike is flushed to grade level.
- Attach fixture(s) wires pigtail to main supply cable with connector (not provided) suitable for direct burial.
- Aim the luminaire to the desired angle. Lock into place by tightening the screw in the adjustment knuckle.
- Provide power to the luminaire and check the proper operation.
LAMP REPLACEMENT
- To prevent electrical shock, disconnect the transformer from the electrical supply before service.
- Remove the lens cover to expose the lamp.
- Replace the lamp with the correct wattage and type marked on the fixture label. Replace the lens cover.
Note: DO NOT touch the lamp with bare hands. Always use a soft cloth to handle lamps.
