Most devices can use one C-C cable to connect to the monitor for signal and mild power. We always recommend our customer to use the USB A-C cable and power adapter to connect for extra power supply no matter you use the C-C cable to get the signal transmission or the mini HDMI cable.

Phones Model don’t support one cable connection: iPhone/ iPad/ Android phone without USB C 3.1 port; Google Pixel 2/ 3/ 4 and so on.
Laptops Models don’t support one cable connection: Surface laptops and MacBook Pro of old version are mini DP port or Thunderbolt 2 port; some MacBook Pro of new version; laptop with a USB 3.0 port; and so on.
For the devices don’t support one cable connection, we offer the needed adapters such as ‘iOS/ Android to HDMI adapter’, ‘mini DP to HDMI adapter’ and so on. Please feel easy to contact us if you need one! -
This monitor is a 17.3’’ monitor so it would need more power. Please connect to power adapter when you use the monitor. Or it may be flickering or enter power saving mode( 20% brightness).

If you find any defectives on the monitor, please contact us before you return the product. We will help you solve the problem and satisfy you as much as we could. We take full responsibility on our product. If there is any defectives and can’t not be settled, we would refund you and you don’t need to return the product.
