Receiving
- Conduct site survey to confirm unit can be installed
- Verify a loading dock or forklift is available
- Remove straps, padding, and/or crating material
- Inspect for damage
Co2 Tank, 20# (customer supplied)
- Connect high-pressure Co2 regulator assembly to Co2 cylinder
- Secure tank
- Using a wrench, loosen the lock nut on the regulator adjustment screw of the high-pressure Co2 regulator connected to the source, then using a screwdriver back out lock nut screw all the way
- Repeat the above step for both low-pressure Co2 regulators on the regular manifold routed to the unit and the syrup pumps
Water tanks
- Remove, fill, & replace the fresh water tank
- Verify the waste tank is empty
- Turn on the water pump
- Note : Pump is on a switched outlet
Ice bin
- Verify drain connection to waste tank
- Fill with ice
Power
8ft power cord connected to 5-15 receptacle
Soda System
- Set Co2 pressure
- Co2 tank 110 psi
- Spirit pump 30 psi
- Carbonator 11 0 psi
- Calibrate carbonation levels
- Run carbonated water until the good flow
Liquor System
- Provide & secure spirits
Testing
- Pour and test drink quality
- The ratio should be set at – Toki, Roku, and Haku = 3:1
- The ratio should be set at – Jim Beam, Hornitos, and El Tesoro (Tequila)= 4:1
Troubleshooting
- Low carbonation/fiat drinks – Out of Co2, pressure set below 110 psi, or no ice on a cold plate
- No carbonated water, just Co2 – Water tank empty, water pump unplugged or switched off, or carbonator timed out or unplugged
- No carbonated water or spirits – Handle not making contact with paddle arms
- Foamy drinks – No ice on a cold plate
- Too strong or too weak – check ratio
