Do earbuds need to be sweat-resistant?
Your ears are held in place by ear hooks or over-the-ear/around-the-ear designs that clasp around them. As they provide a better and more stable hold than other types of earbuds, these are the best if you intend to wear the headphones while engaging in activities that demand a lot of movement.
Can you wear true wireless earbuds in the shower?
Before making a purchase, you should carefully consider the IPX rating of the headphones and make sure they are a proper fit. Additionally, as stated in the first section of our article, make sure you only purchase Bluetooth headphones.
Is it safe to run with earbuds?

Is sweatproof the same as waterproof?
Between waterproof, sweat-proof, and even water-resistant makeup products, there isn’t much of a difference. On the ingredients list, you can see everything. For instance, a higher percentage of wax is present in the ingredients of waterproof or water-resistant mascara.
Can you swim with IPX7 earbuds?
You shouldn’t choose earbuds for swimming that have a rating lower than IPX7 unless you desire catastrophic damage.
