Thank you for purchasing the wrist-type fully automatic digital blood pressure monitor. This product BP 102 is specifically designed for home use for adults and elders. It has simple operation, High Definition LED, memory reading and other functions. Please read the operation manual before use.

How to wear wrist blood pressure monitor

1. remove the ornament worn on the wrist, wear the wrist strap of the sphygmomanometer on the wrist, and place the display o the front of the wrist.
2. the wrist strap should be firmly wrapped around the wrist, and the edge of the wrist strap should be 1~2 cm away from the wrist
3. please keep quiet during measurement, keep the ‘sphygmomanometer at the same height as the heart, and do not move or speak. Please avoid the following gestures during measurement
   1. When measuring, the palm should extend naturally, and do not bend or clench the fist. 2. Do not hold your wrist or sphygmomanometer with your other hand. 3. Do not wear the product on the back of the hand or the side of the wrist

Correct measuring posture

1. Please sit in a room suitable for blood pressure measurement. Your body should be relaxed and natural. You should Sit in a chair with your feet on the ground. Keep your body straight and your back straight. (2), As shown in the figure below, please keep the sphygmomanometer at the same height as your heart. Incorrect measurement posture will affect the measurement of blood pressure. Blood pressure will vary according to posture,  time and other factors. It is recommended to measure blood pressure with the same posture at the same time every day.

Precautions for measurement

a) Vigorous exercise, smoking or consumption of stimulants / sedatives (such as coffee or alcohol) are not allowed 30 minutes before blood pressure measurement.
b) Before measurement, please resting a comfortable and stable environment for at least five minutes.
©) Itis usually measured in a sitting position.
d) The same hand should be fixed for each measurement.
e) Blood pressure shall be measured at least twice every time, with an interval of not less than five minutes; Different individual health states may require longer intervals.
f) Patients with arrhythmia and arteriosclerosis should be professionally diagnosed by medical personnel,

Measurement of blood pressure

a ). after wearing the sphygmomanometer in the correct posture, turn the power switch to the “on” direction, all the LED lights will be on, and then press the touch button of the product, and the sphygmomanometer wil start measuring. Do not move or speak during measurement. b). after the product’s voice broadcast (with voice function) is completed, it starts to automatically pressurize to measure blood pressure. First, it wil pressurize to about 60mm Hg higher than its own sphygmomanometer, and then  start to automatically deflate. The whole process is about 35 seconds to 55 seconds. According to the actual situation of blood pressure, the test time will change; c). when the product pressure drops to a certain extent, the measurement results appear on the LED display screen, with systolic blood pressure displayed at the top, diastolic blood pressure displayed in the middle and heart rate  displayed at the bottom;

view memory value

After the test is completed, when the test record is displayed on the LED, if you press and hold the touch key for 3 seconds, you can view the test record and first display the average value of the last three test results. In this mode, short press the touch key to view the next group of memory values (the memory group number s displayed at the heart rate position), press and hold the touch key for 3 seconds to exit and CIose.

Turn voice on / off

In the standby mode, press and hold the touch key for 3 seconds to enter the setting mode. First, tum on or off the voice prompt function, and then briefly press the touch button to select whether to tun on or off the voice prompt function.

Select user

Turn the power switch to on state, press the start key for a long time, and release the key after the “user icon” on the LCD starts flashing.
When the “user icon” s flashing, short press the start button to cycle the measurement user.
About product charging instructions:
a). When the product is in use, if the power is low and the low power symbol is on, please charge the product i time. When the power s to0 low, the product may not be used, or the deviation of test results may be too large.
b).When charging, the charging indicator on the LED flashes green. When the power supply is full
The LED charging indicator is always green.
c). Charging input voltage: DCSV; Current: 1A;
d). Please do not measure blood pressure during charging.

Product troubleshooting

Matters needing attention

a)-The measurement results are only for reference, which is dangerous for self diagnosis. Please refer to the doctor’s advice.
b)-Self diagnosis may worsen the condition.
c)- Diabetes, hyperlipidemia and hypertension may accelerate arteriosclerosis and may also cause circulatory disorders,
d)-The patient’s wrist and upper arm pressure values may vary.
e)- For patients with severe hypertension o serious blood disease, please use it under the guidance of a doctor
f) Keep babies or people who cannot express themselves away from the machine.
g)- Please do not use it for other purposes than blood pressure measurement
h)- Keep the product away from live objects
i) – Please keep away from high-voltage equipment and signal transmitting devices to prevent errors due to interference
J)- Please do not disassemble the host or maintain it by yourself
K)-Please do not start measuring until the product is worn to the wrist
l)-Do not use corrosive liquid to wipe the product surface
