This product is only suitable for well insulated spaces or occasional use.

Safety Instructions

ATTENTION REMARKS :

  • This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and above and persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved.
  • Children shall not play with the appliance.
  • Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by children without supervision.
  • Children of less than 3 years should be kept away unless continuously supervised.
  • Children aged from 3 years and less than 8 years shall only switch on/off the appliance provided that it has been placed or installed in its intended normal operating position and they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved.
  • Children aged from 3 years and less than 8 years shall not plug in, regulate and clean the appliance or perform user maintenance.
  • CAUTION — Some parts of this product can become very hot and cause burns. Particular attention has to be given where children and vulnerable people are present.
  • If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent or similarly qualified persons in order to avoid a hazard.
  • WARNING: In order to avoid overheating, do not cover the heater
  • The heater must not be located immediately below a socket outlet.
  • Do not use this heater in the immediate surroundings of a bath, a shower or a swimming pool.
  • WARNING: This heater is not equipped with a device to control the room temperature. Do not use this heater in small rooms when they are occupied by persons not capable of leaving the room on their own, unless constant supervision is provided.

Installation (Please install the Castors before using)

  1. Open the original package and carefully take the appliance out.
  2. Remove foam plastic seals from edges of the appliance and free it of polyethylene.
  3.  Take 2 supporting legs from the heater package.
  4.  Turn over the appliance so that its lower part looks up.
  5. Attach the supporting legs to the lower part of the appliance on the left and right sides so that mounting holes are aligned with holes on the appliance body (Fig.2).

  1. Drive the mounting screws to the available holes applying a sufficient force (Fig.2). Check security of attachment.
  2. Turn the appliance to the right position and place it onto the even horizontal surface strictly vertically. The appliance is ready for operation!

  1. “POWER” indicator
    This indicator lights up upon connection of the heater to the electric mains.

  2. “Timer” indicator
    This indicator lights up upon activation of the function for switching of the heater off or on.

  3. “SET” button
    This button is used for selection of operation modes, selection of heating power, and timer setting.

  4. “ ” button
    This button is used to increase the selected value.

  5. “HEATING” indicator
    This indicator lights up during operation of the heater in the heating mode.

  6. “POWER” button
    This button is used for switching of the heater on and off.

  7. “ECONOMY” indicator
    This indicator lights up during operation of the heater in economic mode.

  8. “NORMAL” indicator
    This indicator lights up during operation of the heater in comfortable mode.

  9. “ ”button
    This button is used to decrease the selected value.

  10. LED-display
    It displays the temperature value, heating power modes, and timer setting.

Operation

Switching on

Insert the plug of the power cord to the receptacle to connect the heater to the electric mains. The “POWER” indicator on the control panel will light up. After that, press the “POWER” button.

NOTE: To activate the functions and start heating the device:

  1. Press the “SET” button once until the “NORMAL” light starts blinking, and then
  2. Press and hold the “SET” key for a few seconds until you see the ”HEATING” & ”NORMAL”
    indicators light up at the same time.

After this step, you can set power, temperature and operation modes according to the instructions below

**Selection of heating power modes***

For selection of heating power modes, press the “SET” button three times to display the symbol of the last set power. Using the “ ”or“ ”button, select the necessary heating power.

Temperature setting

  1. Temperature can be set in the range from +5 to +30℃ with 1℃ step.
  2. The factory temperature setting of the comfortable mode is +24℃; the factory temperature setting of the economic modes is +17℃.
  3. To change temperature of the comfortable mode, press the “SET” button once. The “NORMAL” indicator of the comfortable mode on the control panel will flash. The display will show the flashing value of the last set temperature. During flashing of the temperature value, press the “ ”or “ ” button to set the desired temperature.
  4. To change temperature of the economic mode, press the “SET” button twice. The “ECONOMY” indicator of the economic mode on the control panel will flash. The display will show the flashing value of the last set temperature. During flashing of the temperature value, press the “ ”or “ ” button to set the desired temperature.
  5. After setting of the desired temperature, the last set value will be stored and the current temperature will be displayed.

Selection of operation modes

  1. Press the “SET” button once to select the comfortable operation mode. The “NORMAL” indicator on the control panel will light up. In this mode, the heater will automatically maintain the set temperature of the comfortable mode periodically switching heating on and off.
  2. Press the “SET” button twice to select the economic operation mode. The “ECONOMY” indicator on the control panel will light up. In this mode, the heater will automatically maintain the set temperature of the economic mode periodically switching heating on and off.
  3. Press the “SET” button 4 times to select the anti-freezing mode. The display will show “AF” symbol. The heater will automatically maintain temperature in the range from +5 to -7℃ periodically switching heating on and off.

Setting of timer function for switching off

  1. During operation of the heater, press the “SET” button 5 times. The “TIMER” indicator on the control panel will flash. The display will show the flashing value [0.0] or last set value of the timer.

  2. Press the “ ”or “ ” button to set the heater switching off time from 0 to 24 hours with 1-hour step.
    The display will show the countdown of time remaining till the moment of the heater switching off.

  3. The set time value will be stored and the system will automatically return in 3 seconds to displaying of the temperature value. The “TIMER” indicator on the control panel will light.

  4. Upon expiration of the timer setting, the heater will be switched off. The indicators on the control panel and temperature display will extinguish, but the “POWER” indicator will still light.

  5. Switching of the appliance off or setting of the timer value [0.0] will cancel the timer function for the heater switching off.

Setting of timer function for switching on

  1.  When the heater is off and only the “POWER” indicator is alight, simultaneously press the “SET” and “ ” buttons. The “TIMER” indicator on the control panel will flash. The display will show the flashing value [0.0].

  2. Press the “ ”or “ ” button to set the heater switching on time from 0 to 24 hours with 1-hour step.
    The display will show the countdown of time remaining till the moment of the heater switching on.

  3. The set time value will be stored. The display will show the set value and the “TIMER” indicator on the control panel will light.

  4. Upon expiration of the timer setting, the heater will be switched on to the economic mode and it will maintain the set temperature.

Audible signals
Upon switching on/off and pressing buttons, the heater gives an audible signal.

Blocking

  1. To block the system, simultaneously press and hold the “ ”or “ ” buttons for 3 seconds, when the heater is on. The display will show “[]” symbol. In 5 seconds, the symbol will disappear and the display will show the temperature value. At that, the buttons on the control panel will be blocked and their pressing will display “[]” symbol.
  2. To unblock the system, press and hold the “ ”or “ ” buttons for 3 seconds or switch the heater off

RESTART” function
In case of a short-time power interruption, the heater will automatically switch on upon resumption of power supply and work with the last user settings (except for the timer settings).

Switching off
To switching the heater off, press the “POWER” button on the control panel and disconnect the appliance from the electric mains.

Maintenance

The appliance should be regularly washed to remove dust and contaminations from its outer surfaces, since it affects the effectiveness of its operation and temperature parameters of space heating. Prior to the preventive maintenance activities, switch the appliance off and disconnect it from the electric mains. Let the appliance cool down and then wipe its surface with a slightly moistened piece of soft cloth. It is not recommended to use cleaning agents for washing including those with abrasive compositions. Exclude damage of the appliance with sharp items, since scratches on the painted surface may result in occurrence of rust.
The preventive cleaning procedure should be carried out periodically for maintenance of the heater technical condition and preservation of its appearance for long years.
